Fasterner broke and not easy to install
I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Kohler was very responsive and arranged a technician to fix the toilet seat issue. Although I’m usually a DIY person, this particular installation was quite tricky to do myself. I also had to follow up with Kohler several times to get the technician visit scheduled. The product quality is good one. Overall, I am satisfied with how Kohler handled the complaint and resolved the issue. [Previous Review]The fasterner is so weak that it broke in first installation and there's no easily available fastener for this in the market. Installation is not easy as it take lots of efforts to align the hinges.

Don't buy Kohler, warranty is a joke.
Below plastic which you connect the screw broke in an year, when called Kohler customer care, they said warranty is there but not covered for such damage, warranty is only covered for color fading and manufacturing defects, its a waste to shell so much rather replace it each year with cheaper ones and can buy 3 seats with the cost I pay for Kohler which we get one seat, not worth it.

Seat and cover won't stay up (for men)
When men come to visit and want to use the toilet, they end up dislodging the cover and I have to dismantle the seat and fit it again. This is because this model won't stay up (see video). It also doesn't fit the ceramic base perfectly - but I can live with that.
