Will use year after year!
We used this fungus control grass spray last year, and I can honestly say it made a huge difference in our lawn. We had struggled with patches of fungus that kept spreading and making the yard look unhealthy, especially during the warmer, humid months. After applying this spray as directed, we started noticing improvement within a relatively short time. The affected areas began to clear up, and the grass looked greener and more even overall. What really impressed me was how easy it was to use. The spray application was straightforward, and we didnโt need to constantly reapply to see results. It felt like it actually treated the problem at the source rather than just masking it temporarily. By the end of the season, our lawn looked healthier than it had in a long time. Because of how well it worked, we fully plan to keep using this product as part of our regular lawn care routine. Itโs definitely worth it if youโre dealing with stubborn lawn fungus and want something reliable that delivers noticeable results.

Fungus spray that works
This was recommended to me by my lawn people for fungus on my St Augustine grass. It penetrates the grass and does not wash off. This is my second year to use it, gets 5 stars.

It does work, but takes multiple applications and double the product each time...
Like other users have stated, it absolutely works but unless you are smart enough to put it down very early for preventative, it takes multiple applications. Also, be aware, if you use the liquid product (which I personally believe works better than the granules) you have to turn your water pressure on the hose on LOW. Otherwise, the full hose pressure will use up the product so fast, it will never even cover 1,000 sq feet. The best advice I can give is apply generously- as in, at least 2-3 times the amount of product suggested- donโt be scared of over applying - unlike a fertilizer- you canโt really overdo- Unless the outdoor temperatures have already reached 85 then itโs too late in the season for the liquid product. Like others report, the past several years my lawn has developed a summertime fungus. Every June I noticed small patches of white fluff, almost like cobwebs, in the morning on the dew covered lawn. These spots quickly spread rapidly around the yard creating small circular dead spots that would often merge together. Then eventually huge yellow and brown splotches! It isn't just my lawn, everyone in the neighborhood has the same issue here in the north east. The past couple of years I started putting down the granules in May. I'm not sure if I'm not using enough or if they just aren't working because even though I put the granules PRIOR to the first signs of disease, inevitably, I still get the disease. This BioAdvanced spray works wonders and stops the growth and spread of this fungus! I've used this for the past few years AFTER the fungus started - though the rating of 1 bottle per 5,000 sq feet isn't even close to what you need. I use 2 bottles per 5,000 sq ft, which is 4 bottles for my entire back yard. Even then, I need to apply it twice, 14 days apart for it to clear up the fungus. Also, I agree that it works more effectively than the Scotts DiseaseEx. However, as other's state, you will blow through this bottle very quickly and there is no way this will cover the 5,000 square feet as advertised. It is important to turn the water pressure on the hose down LOW, just to get the bottle to reach 2,500 sq feet. You definitely want to be prepared to hustle and have your hose spread out in advance to maximize your application. I don't mind spending the money if the product works and it definitely does -- again with multiple applications (using both granules and liquid.) The video is an image of the fungus before treating multiple times, the photo is after.

Works
I continue to purchase this product yearly, works good on my grass after two doses. Not cheap and it could use a better spray nozzle.

It works but give it time
We had an infestation of mushrooms that we never had before. They came through two fences and clusters were as large as a head of cauliflower! I would walk by the area to take out the garbage and there would be no mushrooms and when I would walk back to the house they would be all along the fence! I dug them up and found them under rocks, lumber, and even in the seams of the concrete! I ordered the product after doing some research on how to get rid of the mushrooms. The first time I sprayed, it didn't seem to work, so I dug up the mushrooms again and flooded the area along the fence with the spray. The directions say to use every two weeks. Sure enough, two weeks to the day, the mushrooms were back, but not nearly as bad. Some areas had no mushrooms at all and they weren't busting through the fences as they were before. I did have new areas with mushrooms so once again, I flooded the areas, but I felt I was winning the battle. I have a week left before I'm supposed to spray again, so I'm hoping they won't be back. Also this area is not where our dogs go. On the area where there were mushrooms and our dogs would likely walk on, I flooded it with the spray and put lawn furniture over it. The directions say that as long as the spray is dried, pets can be on the area. I didn't take any pictures, but perhaps I should have. It looked like something out of a science fiction movie! UPDATE 5/16/2019: It's been nearly a year and there are no signs of mushrooms on either side of the fence! However in my neighbor's yard they are growing where I haven't sprayed. That's okay. I would highly recommend this product.

Three weeks later
I bought this product twice and did the second application a week later. Not shown here are some yellow spots in other areas of the lawn where the product burned the grass. That's okay though. I assume the fungus is dead or dying. Anyway, three weeks later, and the worst area is showing dramatic improvement.
