It goes on smoothly, blends easily, and gives great coverage without feeling heavy or cakey. I love that it lasts throughout the day, even in Louisiana heat and humidity, without needing constant touch-ups. It does a great job covering redness and uneven skin tone while still looking natural. The finish stays fresh for hours, and I appreciate that it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. This inexpensive makeup is the one I enjoy wearing. It lasts all day and is very natural looking. I used to work with some high end makeup lines and this one is just as good as the more expensive products. It also has an e on the front which means it is accepted in Europe as an excellent product. When you see that e on makeup or skincare, it means it’s really good. The amount of shades offered should work for anyone. Try it - you’ll like it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the formula, ⭐⭐⭐ for the shade range. The Revlon ColorStay foundation has been my holy grail for over 20 years. I recently switched to the Normal/Dry formula and have been pleasantly surprised by how beautifully it performs on mature skin. It leaves a flawless, skin-like finish, just like the Combination/Oily formula did when I was younger, so I'm thrilled with the results. My only complaint is the shade range. I have neutral-to-cool undertones, and there seems to be a frustrating gap between shades. Ivory is too light, Buff is slightly too light but close, and then the next cool-toned option, Nude (200), is noticeably too dark. I haven't even opened it because I can already tell it won't work. Now I'll have to try Sand Beige and hope it's a better match. I really wish there were a shade between Buff and Nude. That said, while many people call this the best drugstore foundation, I disagree- it's simply the best foundation, period. I've tried countless high-end and drugstore formulas over the years, and nothing compares. It's fresh looking, buildable, never cakey, doesn't streak, and wears beautifully all day -even through workouts. It gives my skin a natural, filtered appearance that looks like skin, only better. Please never discontinue this formula. Not even Revlon's other foundations come close.

I typically use foundation mainly as a spot concealer rather than full facial use, because with my lines, many foundations just accentuate them rather than hide or smooth out, and this foundation is no exception. Sure, it works well enough and has no scent, nor is it oily or tacky, but it's not something I'd wear as my main go-to full-coverage foundation. For just a little help though, it's not bad.

After trying many foundations I think I have finally found my holy grail! I purchased the ivory shade for my pale skin and it was perfect, not too warm which I find is a consistent issue with drugstore foundations. Coverage is lighter than something like a full coverage foundation, but it’s perfect for an everyday makeup look, especially when skin tints just don’t provide enough coverage. It blends really easily. 10/10!

I’ve tried a LOT of drugstore foundations and this one honestly competes with higher-end brands. The coverage is medium to full but still looks natural on the skin and not cakey. I have normal to slightly dry skin and this goes on really smooth, especially if I moisturize first. It blends easily with a sponge or brush and doesn’t cling to dry patches like some foundations do. What impressed me the most is how long it lasts. I can wear this all day (work and errands) and it still looks good without breaking apart or getting patchy. It claims up to 24-hour wear, and while I haven’t worn it that long, it definitely holds up through a full day. The finish is natural — not too matte and not too dewy — which I like because it doesn’t look heavy in person. The SPF 20 is a nice bonus too. Shade 150 Buff is a good match for light to light-medium skin tones, but I would double-check undertones if you’re unsure. Only small downside is it can transfer a little if you don’t set it, but with a light powder it stays put. Overall, for the price, this is one of the best foundations I’ve used and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.
