Not for small mouths
These are huge, hard and painful. I tried to put one in my mouth and I could feel my lip splitting with being stretched too far so removed it before it was fully in place and my lips stretched any further. Unless you have quite a large mouth , I would avoid these like the plague. I bought a set of 3 of different sizes from another seller and even the smallest is tight , but usable. Manufacturers need to make much smaller sizes, as my mouth is small but not in any way exceptionally small, and many of my female friends have the same issues when visiting dentists etc.

Plastic is a bit tough!
Bought these for teeth whitening and whilst they do the job the edges are scratchy on delicate skin. I personally had to hold them most of the 30mins as they hurt the corners of my mouth. I’d recommend putting a lot of Vaseline on the corners of your mouth before inserting
