Excellent Performance & Value!
Outstanding suit and outstanding value! I bought this wetsuit for spending a week snorkeling in waters where temperatures ranged from 68F-73F. I don't get cold easily, but I knew that I would need something to ensure I wouldn't freeze. The construction of this suit is solid. I used it no fewer than a dozen times and had no issues with tearing/damaging the material. It was form fitting, kept me warm, and it was very comfortable on my body frame. Besides working well for its purpose, I looked like a pro without breaking the bank. It wasn't the cheapest on the market, but you can also spend a lot more. Given the quality, I felt it was a very fair price. For packing it in a suitcase and keeping its size to a minimum, I used a high quality vacuum packing bag (the kind that doesn't require a vacuum cleaner) and it packed down to the size of a pair of men's jeans. I also really liked that this particular item qualified for Amazon's free returns program. I was able to easily return one that didn't fit.

Great lightweight suit for scuba in the caribbean
I bought this wetsuit for my scuba class. I did 2 classes without one and became cold in the pool after an hour. It definitely warmed me up, but I didn't feel completely overheated in it. I also wore it in Curacao for scuba diving to protect me from the elements. Its not thick enough that you will swelter in the sun as I was wearing it during my surface intervals in between dives and I didn't feel too hot doing so. I am 6'1" and have an athletic build. This suit fit me perfectly (Large/Tall) The knee pads are amazing. When kneeling underwater, it is very comfortable with the padding. The suit isn't very hard to get on and off (even when wet). The only thing that I would say if i really had to dig for a complaint is the neck. But I don't like anything around my neck, so that is a more personal gripe. Plus the neck is adjustable, so it isnt that bad. I highly recommend this lightweight suit for diving, even in warmer waters, to protect you from jelly fish , fire coral, and any other elements if need be.

LT worked for me.
I was worried about finding a wetsuit that would fit me. Most of the size charts do not have the correct size and weight for me. I am just barely 6'5" and 190-195 pounds. Most other wetsuit size charts would either put me in a XXXL for the height, and a L or XL for the weight. Most manufacturers offer a XLT or LT, but I would seem to be too tall for the LT (and XLT for some manufacturer) and too light for the XLT. O'Neill has their LT go up to 6'4" with my correct weight so I figured I would give it a try. The only thing I was worried about was the chest size. O'Neill has their chest size for the LT going from 40 - 42, and I am a 44. So it is a little snug, but it actually works out great. I do not have a problem zipping it up. The legs and arms are very snug, But I have been doing Landscaping this whole summer so I have fairly large arms and legs. I have a hard time getting it up around my feet, but it does make it so that there is very little water flowing through the wetsuit, even when I dive through waves and such. It has kept me warm so far. I stayed out bodysurfing in Southern California a week ago for about an hour and a half and was only slightly chilled at the end. I could have easily stayed out longer. Without a wetuit I would usually make it 30- 40 minutes before I was shivering too much from the cold.

A great beginner wetsuite for moderate use
This is exactly what we needed for snorkeling in California where the water temperature combined with a cloudy day can make things too cold for a long time in the water. It fits well and kept us very comfortable for hours in the water. Given that we only snorkel on weekends a couple of times a month I expect it will last a very long time, though if you're surfing or using it more frequently it may be too close to the entry-level side of things to be durable over the long-term. For our use it's perfect and affordable.

Great Entry Level Wetsuit
I spent a long time looking for a good wetsuit at an affordable price and from a reputable company so I settled on the O'Neill Reactor 3/2. The fabric is excellent and very stretchy and the stitching is flawless. The zippers is heavy duty and although I'm not particularly flexible I can zip it up with no problems. I needed a wetsuit for kayaking (specifically a surfski) so I purchased it one size up so I would have a little extra room for my shoulders for paddling and my backside for sitting. It worked perfectly, keeping the cold water off of my skin and keeping me warm. I am 5'9" 160 and I picked up the large. If I wanted one for swimming I think the medium would be perfect. The red version looks pretty cool. Do your homework on wetsuits before buying. There is a reason this is one hundred bucks and others can be five hundred. You will get what you paid for. For me this is what I needed and am very pleased with it.

Awesome Suit!
For the price this is an amazing wet suit. The fit is great all around and though the wrists and ankles are snug they are not too tight for me. (My ankles are large, wrists probably a medium for men). The suit was easy on and off. The padded front is a major plus as diving sometimes brings contact with the bottom or rocks; it feels very protective on contact. Swam theough and underwater tunnel and had to do some bends - when I scraped the edges of rock the suit protected against abrasions. Just a plus. The insulating factor is awesome! Don't even feel the cold water. Also, another plus, when snorkeling it aids in floating making the trip less laborious. For the price, recommed? ABSOLUTELY!!

O'Neill products have come a long way. I also have a Body Glove 3mm suit and this one is made much better. Make sure you double-check your fit before purchasing as determining your exact size can be a bit tricky is you fall between the standard sizes that are available. In that case, order the next biggest size. Will recommend to others. Great product.

I bought this at the last minute just prior to going on a scuba diving trip. I was concerned about the fit initially but in the end the fit was exact to the sizing chart. I’m 6”1, medium build, 220 lbs. The suit fit me snug (which it’s supposed to do). The price on Amazon was far better than I could get at any of the retail stores.
