Konke motion detectors work, and detect motion, it even notifies the Konke hub. The hub however does not notify Alexa.Both the hub Konke hub and the motion detectors are recognized in the Alexa app, just the devices do not show any motion activity having occurred.No instructions on how to configure anything to work with Alexa. No support from the company, I have sent numerous emails where I explained the problem. It took 2 weeks to get a reply and their reply was thanking me for purchasing Konke and if they could be of any assistance to visit their website. Their website gives an email address for support.

Small enough they hide themselves. Reliable range and detection. A little finicky to pair up and the newer firmware is not compatible with all zigbee libraries yet. A little editing maybe required for zigbee2mqtt and similar systems.

Seemed to work fine on my Hubitat hub, however it is limited to only 3 zigbee channels. All my other devices were on a channel this sensor couldn't use so I ended up returning it. Too bad because the size was great.

Update-*Update came across this in a drawer a month ago. I plugged it in and was able to see it as an available device which was new. When I made attempts to connect it using the basic directions it worked was straight forward and has been rock solid since. Not sure what the issue was previously! I did change out my phone which I did have an issue with my wifi and Bluetooth just not working correctly at times ( I didn't know at the time though). So In all fairness wasn't likely the devices issue only suggestion I could make and likely would have been supports first suggestion had I called them would be try another device to go thru setup with if your having an issue.i liked the feel and size but no matter what i tried and believe me i don't give up easy i couldn't get the thing to be found to even complete the initial install

i admittedly didn't scrutinize the description before purchasing. The title of the product says alexa compatible so i purchased it. I just got around to trying to pair it today but it looks like i also need a hub to use this thing. I'm actually not 100% sure how to get this up and running. The package didn't have instructions and their website doesn't have any information i can use. I could try to tinker and try a bunch of different things on my own to see how this is supposed to work but the thought of doing that for a button sounds ridiculous. With documentation being so difficult to find, i feel like konke gives no forks so i think i'll just send it right on back.

I got one of these and it would not pair with my hub. It's clearly not compliant, so I sent it back.Later, while looking at specs on another device, I found someone who noted that this device only works on "Zigbee channel 15, 20 and 25". That's not anywhere in their documentation, nor is it compliant. They should not be able to advertise as compliant if they aren't following the spec.For those that want to try it, it may solve your issue to ensure your hub is on one of these channels. I'd rather put my money into a company making compliant hardware than play such tricks though.

It sticks well and works perfect with Hubitat which is why I bought it. Zero issues with the button once paired!
