LED Running Vest Fix 🦺
I fixed my running vest light by replacing the worn-out flexible wire. The original wire stopped working, possibly due to a pinch. Instead of buying a new vest, I got this replacement, and now my vest shines brighter than ever!

Make sure you have super bright led or laser to be able to see it on the side glow. I didn’t measure it but suspect it’s the right length..

Requires High intensity light source to work.
I purchased two sets of this cable in hopes to light up the tail lights of a Barbie car. It is a Volkswagen Beetle and they have a swooping tail light lense. I wanted to install this around the parameter of the lense, but an LED powered by a 9V battery will not generate enough light to even shine 1/4 of an inch of this cable. The end glow fiber I have had a while glows further than this. I am sure the fiber is good for something, but it does not meet my needs and I am disappointed.

Not as advertised
Multiple fractures throughout the roll most likely from poor packaging as they're all in a similar location on the roll. Side glow doesn't light up like the pictures show but it works well as normal fiber optic cable so it's still usable to me.

Better than what was originally in my Rx580 new.
Lights up great. Replaced the old strips in my Asus rog 580 that were turning yellow and brittle. Think it lights up better than it ever had. 5mm was just slightly larger than the old strips. Had to trim the diameter slightly on the end that touches the led in order to fit. Full computer video was before. Zoomed in video of card is after.
