Per the description, it replaced my previous RV microwave/convection oven and fit perfectly. All it took was for me to plug it in and put in a few screws to secure it. Works great.

I was very pleased with this unit starting with the unboxing. It was well packaged and arrived in unblemished condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bulk of assembly was done in the factory. All I had to do was put on the outer trim and slide it into the opening where my old microwave had been. The fit is exactly what the measurements say, so it was a close fit and took two of us to hold it in place, get it plugged in and slid back into the cabinet, Less than ten minutes including attaching the faceplate. Then put in the six screw to hold it in place. We have used the microwave and convection so far and both worked flawlessly. Have not yet tried the grill feature. It perfectly replaced the unit that came in the rv, and as you can tell I am very happy with it.

It was DOA, in that we could not open the door. Maybe stuck in child lock. By holding the unlock button, we could get the child-lock light to go out... but it was like nothing was connected to the opening "button." Worked with customer support, who were great, but could not determine a "hidden means" to open the door! Customer support was great in getting the return processed... it was back at the UPS Store an hour after we received it. The DISAPPOINTING part is that the product had obviously been repackaged and returned prior to our receiving it. The inside boxes had been retaped, there was not a shred of documentation included. A clear case of a defective product which had been returned, and then simply sent out to another honest customer. I'll look at what I can get via HD or Lowes before I consider Amazon again.

This is a great microwave/convection oven. Customer service was wonderful. We were missing some parts, and they refunded the amount + needed to get the parts. Highly recommend.

The oven arrived very late due to weather and UPS poor delivery service. The packaging is sub par. The instruction sheat does not match this oven and all the items on the item list are not there. It list 4 screws to attach the face plate to oven and there were none. It list six screws to assemble the face plate which comes as one piece. They need to correct their instruction sheet. The oven looks well made and I can only hope it holds up. I installed the oven it took less than 1/2 hour. It fit perfect in the OEM cutout I only had to lower the base 1/2" from the original oven due to the ducting for the vent on the bottom of this oven. I purchased black #8 1 1/4" square drive screws to attach the faceplate to the cabinet. The holes no longer aligned with the OEM face plate because it was 1/2" higher in the cabinet. The original holes are hidden by the faceplate. It looks like it came with the motorhome. I now hope it last longer than the original oven.

We are full time Rv'ers We purchased this micro/convection oven back in November 2019. My wife still cooks every day. The convection oven does a great job!! Much better than the standard RV gas Stove. The Grill feature is also awesome. 11 minutes both sides for Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich's. Well, this past Tuesday, 8-4-20, for some unknown reason our oven just stopped working. No fuses or breakers tripped, just stopped working. I called RecPro. I got a wonderful young lady who listened to my story and asked about our purchase date. She put me on a brief hold, (less than 2 minutes) then came back with a very happy voice and said, Mr. D your all set, we are shipping you out a new one tomorrow morning. She verified our new address, phone and email. The next day I got an email with my shipping and tracking info. My new one came today via FedEx. 4 days!!! What a GREAT GREAT Company. It's nice to know that even in this crazy world we have Companies that still have a high degree of integrity and puts their customer needs first!! Thank You RecPro!!!!

Missing the 6 screws to mount the metal trim piece. The QC process needs to be scrutinized. Had to go purchase screws vice going through the hassle of another return.
