Good quality
I really like the bag it comes with a built in rain cover, the quality of the bag pack is so good I really like the zipper quality and the looks is also good and the bag have many compartments which I liked the most. It is value for money bag and it is water resistant also which is good for daily use.

the bag quality is good. it have more space. Waterproof material. Zip quality is also good. Value for money brand name in this price must buy if you are looking for a good bag which is in under warranty for a year. good for travellers to carry stuff. i have used harrisons bag earlier and its features and looks are quite nice. the bag is very much comfortable on shoulders.

The mentioned features are missing in the product.
The bag looks good. But there is no USB port as mentioned in the item label. Also it doesn't has "Ergo grip back straps with sternum support system" as mentioned in the reference videos. When you are not providing it, then just don't mention it on the label name. Disappointed with the product because of these missing features as mentioned.
