Record keeping book
Well made, if your looking for a long lasting, paged numbered, quality record.book, a ledger, just a place to keep track of anything, this is the way to go. Good old fashioned Quality.

Used to use these in the machine shop
Heavy duty, with a good ability to stand up to machine oil. I used to use these in the machine shop to keep a record of jobs and machine status. Certainly more durable than a phone (and much more forgiving about oil or chips), and a nice size. It's as straightforward to use as a normal notebook. The pages don't tear out - which, for my application, is a good thing. A bit more expensive than your standard notebook, but the quality and feel often make up for that.

The BEST as far as I'm concerned
I don't roll up my sleeves or wear a green visor, but I do still bookkeeping at home the old-fashioned way in a Boorum and Pease Record book. The feel and look of the old style record book makes me want to do all the entries cleanly and accurately. I title each page for the account and keep a running total for the year, with plenty of room to keep a small note it needed. These books are really well made and sturdy, you can open it to desired page without part of the entry hidden in the center fold and pages are marked on both sides to carry over your columns. Really great buy.

So it’s cool and all, except apparently Duke from Dukes tobacco farm decided to enthusiastically use page 69 to do his inventory.

My new work Bible
I loved my book so much that I bought 2 more for my coworkers. They haven’t messaged me that they love it yet lol but oh well I live mine and that’s what matters :) sturdy and beautiful. I put tabs in it and only use it for the most important notes not for random daily notes. Those go in my ugly notebook. I call this my HR bible! Lol

Reasonably priced
Use if for descriptive log of operation of wastewater treatment facility. Works very well. Cheaper than the competition.
