Yep - It's Blue Curling Ribbon
As advertised (at a great price), this is a giant roll of vibrant royal blue ribbon that does, in fact, curl if you want to pull the edge of scissors along it. It does not tangle, kink, or shred. I, for one, would enjoy receiving a gift encircled in this ribbon, so I hope some friends or loved ones have purchased this ribbon, too, haha.

Not what I expected... EVEN BETTER! Purchased thus ribbon as I was running low, when received, I was surprised to see the difference in brightness when compared to the one I had. 10x’s more beautiful than I thought it would be! Just a perfect touch to my gifts, as I use these ribbons for gifting!
