Keeping your glasses from fogging up is completely dependent on where you wear your glasses in relation to the nose of your mask... if you find a spot on your face to put your glasses that keeps them from fogging, (like further down your nose) then these will hold the glasses there...

I doubt it. The grips fall off somewhat easily.

How well do these work if an individual wears hearing aids?

I don’t wear hearing aids but these are very effective at keeping your glasses up and they are comfortable. My best guess would be that they would be compatible with a hearing aid-but this is only speculation.
