Won't Fade
Ordered these because plastic tags kept on fading to the point you couldn't read them. Tried multiple industrial "permanent" pens only to see them fade as well.Only vulnerability I've seen with these so far is in the hole that the twist tie goes through. It can tear out because the aluminum is relatively thin.

Adequate but not the best
These are thinner with plastic twist ties than another brands that I thought I was buying. Those are nicer aluminum tags with wire ties. I bought these because they were priced lower, and they are adequate but not the same. I will pay more for the good ones next time. These tags are very useful for labeling plants. I graft new cultivars onto my fruit tress every year and use these to identify and date the grafts.

Worked great
My husband is a surveyor and arborist, and he wanted these for a job he was doing. My husband needed to write tree species, age etc to tag some trees for a job he was doing, these worked great. Could just use pen or pencil to write on them and no worries the weather would wipe it off. Great price too.

TERRIBLE PLANT TAGS
DO NOT BUY THESE!! CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!If I could give a -5 stars I would. Find the real metal tags with the scalloped looking edges. Aluminum??!! I had paper in a better quality than these “aluminum” tags. I believe they would crinkle and bend if you breathed too hard on them.Again….. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT WELL MADE QUALITY METAL PLANT TAGS.

Quality label that will last a long time
heavy durable. Wire ties. Easy to write on. Better than the plastic labels that break and ink that fades.

Easy to write on plant labels.
Thin pieces of aluminum - which is what I wanted. This makes it very easy to write on, so remember not to write on a stack of them unless you want them all to say the same thing. Not sure how they will hold up over time.

A Bit Flimsy
Thought they would be sturdier. Somewhat difficult to write on. Had hoped to make a deep depression when pressing in my print but just too flimsy so not much of a depression. Thought they would look more artsy in the garden....but not really.
