I bought this item to make multi grain bread in bread machine, Makes delicious oat, multi grain bread even in bread machine just a note less is more in this case, first attempt i used a cup of the seed mix it was too much made the bread crumbly however the next bread i used 1/4 cup of the seed mix. that was the right amount. I also gave some to my Cockatiel and he enjoyed it as a good treat.

I love chewy soup and adding a few tablespoons of this make all soups more tasty.

Use these in baking bread in the dough as well as as topping the bread before baking.Nice quality product.

I like adding seeds to yogurt and oatmeal, and what's great about this product is that there is a mix of seeds, so I don't have to have individual bags to get variety.

I love adding a tablespoon to my overnights oats, yogurt, and smoothies for a great source of healthy fats. Great texture, taste, and freshness.

The media could not be loaded.  Good bag , pretty big , but not cheap though. However I will use them for my sourdough making , if good, then I will buy it again later

Unfortunately, most of what's in the mix is what I would call bird 🐦 seed and not much else, very few pumpkin seeds, etc. Perhaps I received a bad batch. But overall, I was disappointed in the quality of what I received.
