Detangling Brush for Curly Hair,Ez Detangler Hair Brush Detangling Comb for African American 4b/4c Hair/Kinky/Curly/Coily/Long Thick Hair,Easy Clean

When I purchased the brush it appeared to be a solid hairbrush, easy to use and wash. The brush arrived with a piece that was not obvious in the picture on amazon. It should be inserted to provide strength and stability to the brush itself, which consists of independent tows of bristles. I am still trying to figure out how to secure it in place, which makes the product somewhat disappointing. It would be helpful to have instructions explaining how to secure the loose part to stabilize the bristles.

This brush is everything! I love my daughter and she loves having good hair. But I hate doing her hair! I purchased this brush this week knowing that hair day was coming. I opened up this brush tonight, hoping for the best but not convinced it would do anything. I will say it again. This brush is everything! Combing/brushing out her hair after washing it usually takes me a really, really long time. Her hair is very kinky, not even coily. With this brush and of course some leave in conditioner (which I always use), I was able to brush through sections of her hair in minutes only. Typically I have to brush her hair in really small sections and even then it is difficult. I was able to brush through quarter sections of her hair with this brush without tears-hers or mine. Someone else’s review said it was sorcery. I’m jumping on that bandwagon. I love it! Buy this brush!. I’m buying it for my sisters and mom for Christmas!PS, the little clip has tiny pegs that go into the little holes on the back of the brush. Don’t forget to put it on. It’s not as hard as some of the other reviews make it out to be.

So I read that for ‘thinner hair’ you’re supposed to use the ‘medium’ size control setting — by placing the size control bar in the end position; and for ‘thicker hair’ you’re supposed to use the ‘large’ size by placing the size control bar in the lower/middle of brush position. Well, neither work no matter if you’re using the brush horizontal or vertical, wet or dry hair — the size control bar just pops off, hanging on by one piece. This was within the first 2 mins of brushing. I finished brushing with NO size control bar... and that would have been fine if the end strip bristles weren’t so flappy.Only positive — it’s shower proof. Nowhere for water to get trapped, collect & become moldy.Waste of $11. I’ll be looking for similar style brush that isnt ‘one size fits all’ ...one without removal pieces.

This brush actually does work! I suffer from severe tangles and shedding through the process. Like magic I was just able to de tangle my hair from root to end and only lost a few strands. I usually avoid the roots some days because the hair loss is frightening at times. I don’t know how the quality of this brush will stand up over time; I see myself ordering a few between me and my daughter’s 3a and 4a African hair types. I’m taking away one star because I did not receive the annoying clamp that everyone has mentioned lol. Otherwise, this brush is a life saver.

I have wasted so much money in brushes.. this is the real deal. It worked on my 4c hair like magic. I washed my hair and conditioned and brushed through after conditioning in the shower and I only lost barely even a few strands. It worked so good. It doesn’t need to be assembled as it already comes assembled. After the shower I dried my hair and blow dried without any product, and i was able to straighten my hair in less than five minutes 😳😳 for someone that hates doing hair, this is it!!!!!

Love this brush it detangles my curly thick hair!!! Everyone should buy this brush!!! Its worth the money. I have bought soooooo many brush that said that they detangles and I always have to use detangling lotion on my hair as well but with this brush I didn't have to use any products on my hair!!!

Terrible awful brush. I have tight coily curly hair and this brush is not suited for my type of hair unlike what description says. It tears hair out and hurts scalp. It's also extremely uncomfortable to hold as it's way too big and rigid

Not a bad price, gets the job done on 4C hair. I have recommended this to all my curly girls out there. Definitely detangles like magic, but be sure to still follow ends to roots brushing technique to minimize breakage as this brush could be damaging just like any other if used incorrectly. I personally remove the extra stabilizer on the back because that seems to be more for people without textured hair.
