Winner Winner chicken dinner
I found this after stop and shop and trader Joe's discontinued there no chicken vegan chicken seasoning. Its the perfect substitute, lots of flavor and healthier that regular chicken seasoning!

I put it on everything!
This stuff is delicious! It tastes like chicken ramen seasoning, but in the best possible way. It is versatile and one of my most often used spices.

Helps make good cheap american style Ramen
1. Couple cubes Bullion (beef or chicken, beef adds more umami in my opinion) 2. Chicken Salt! 3. Dried Garlic / Onion / Chive flakes / bits / whatever (even powder versions of the onion and garlic work fine) There you go - Top Ramen / Manchuran ramen style seasoning packets made even cheaper than they sell the things for! And you can customize it to your taste as you like. (Is it possible to add too much Garlic? I didn't believe so but... yes it is... still! Was fun finding out!) AND... if you're avoiding Gluten? You can use rice noodles (they have rice based ramen noodles!) and then you enjoy Ramen again! Add some chili flakes if you like that sort of thing, add some of whatever you want - its your ramen! I've heard cracking an egg in there, or throwing in some diced veggies makes for a whole other experience - do I care? No! I just want that awesome umami / salty goodness that reminds me of my youth and seems to make everything better even though I know (or possible because I know?) it's close to the cheapest stuff on earth. I mean, you can go rice + beans or rice + lentils and it'll cost less, but this is more fun. Nothing stopping you from alternating if you're trying to cut costs, and aren't we all right now? There's just something about ramen... it's comforting goodness to me, maybe you too. Good luck all!

Fell in love with this while in Australia and found it here in the USA. I really like it.
This is excellent stuff. I use it on my hard-boiled eggs.

I like it but buy Vegeta and put it through a sieve for the same flavor less money
I can't say this stuff is bad but it's just ok. I'm not sure if that's because this is the American made version of the Aussie favorite as I don't have experience with other chicken salts. It tastes like very salty powdered broth, like the kind you might find in a ramen package. That packaged goods flavor of chicken is what it has rather than a true chicken flavor. Also this stuff is darn expensive for a vegan pseudo chicken flavor. There is another product in the market and has been for quite some time called Vegeta which offers the same flavor profile for significantly less, and I mean significantly. Vegeta is about the same price as this product for a one or two pound bag. You would need to get the dehydrated vegetables out of Vegeta to achieve a salt you can sprinkle on your food but even so you'd wind up with significantly more of an equally good product for less. I, unlike the Aussies, have not found a lot of products I eat regularly that pairs well with chicken salt. I can see it on fries or something that's fairly bland on its own but it's surely not going to replace other condiments or seasonings in our house.

Ramp Up the Flavor with the Best Savory Seasoning!
Bought this on recommendation and now using it on virtually every savory dish. Ramps up the flavors with the richest umami! Does not change the taste of any foods in any significant way, just gives it a stronger, more delicious flavor.
