Amazing stuff! I developed what looked like a fairly deep scratch about 4 inches long that was half on the body of my car and half on the tail light. When I initially applied the stuff and rubbed it off, what was left was a white line, which was no worse than what I was expecting. However, I repeated the application several times, and each time the scratch seemed to grow shorter and less conspicuous. I continued with the application and rub-off several times. Eventually the scratch on both the body of my car and the tail light seemed to disappear entirely. It took about two more applications for the tail light than for the body. The attached image shows just how invisible that scratch has become. I didn't take a "before" picture because I didn't expect the product to work even a little. I was expecting to return it for a refund, but it worked so well that we then used it on another scratch on another vehicle and got the same results. I don't know how durable this stuff will be, but it was so easy to apply that I will happily re-apply it when the time comes. Ease of application:Easy enough even for me. I rubbed the stuff on with a cloth that one one side was microfiber and on the other more like a chamois. Immediately after applying the compound, I rubbed it off with the chamois side of the cloth. To my great surprise, it worked! Effectiveness:As you can see in the attached photo, the scratch is not visible anymore. Not even a little. My guess is that the scratch was shallower than it looked (thankfully), but this stuff worked even on the plastic of my rear light.

Despite this, I decided to give it a shot, and the outcome is truly remarkable. You can't see the scratch when getting into the car, which is a huge improvement from before, when it was quite noticeable. You really need to get close and know where to look to find the tiny scratch, just a few millimeters long, barely visible.Overall, I am very satisfied with the result. I encourage you to give it a try.P.S.: I used a soft towel and applied pressure while making circular motions. I noticed immediate results after the first pass, but I completed two more passes with visible improvements by the second one.

I scraped a brick wall that put in some scratches in my rear quarter panel. The were bad enough that I needed to use 600 grit sandpaper to get them out. I then used this to polish out the swirls made by the paper. With muscling a clean rag and this polish I got the panel looking really good again.

First, this is excellent value for money and purpose. I applied it by hand to the weathered finish and my 1953 Chevy pick up. It brought back a shine to the paint. It did require a fair amount of rubbing out, but this was more function of how bad the pain was weathered. It’s very important to make sure that you have removed any dirt or old wax for this to be the most effective. There are more expensive products on the market, which I have not used, but this did what I expected.

Mequiar's Ultimate Compound is highly touted as better than all the rest. I cannot attest to that having not tried others but I can say it did its job. I caused some scratches in the paint of my wife's black 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. The black accentuated the scratches. They were deep enough to barely feel with a fingernail and were visually noticeable. After buffing using a Harbor Freight (HF) Orbital Buffer with the HF applicator pad and just a little pressure, I wiped off the residue (without letting the residue dry as the instructions seemed to want) I buffed it with the polisher pad. This time with only slight pressure. The scratches were virtually gone. I had get very close to them to barely detect them. I showed my wife who has an eagle eye for any slight disturbance. She observed she could see the scratches on very close inspection, but were undetectable unless you knew they were there. That was it. I was out of the dog house. Happy wife, I recommend the product.

I have an old white car. It has rust spots and black marks all over. I was sick and tired of looking at the mess so I took a chance on this product. It was amazing! The rust marks(not acrual rusted metal, just running marks) came right off. I didn't put hardly any effort into it. It also took off all of the marks. I didn't scrub longer than 30 seconds for the marks to disappear. I just wiped and left. Nice and easy.

This only works on very light scratches.

this stuff is amazing really does what it says it does!!!!! super impressed always have used the cleaner wax but when u want an even better brighter shine use this literally changed my paint color
