excellent service, fast response to an inquiry when I was buying more of themthe quality of the patch is great too, better than others I have seenonly issue I had was there was no indication to remove the backing sheet from the patch, and I unsuccessfully tried to iron it on with it in placeonce I figured it out it glued on perfectly well, although I sewed it on after to be sure of it
