Lovely and healthy plant. It has a beautiful bright shade of green. The plant arrived very promptly ( couple of days after i ordered) all fresh and very well packed. Good size and perfect condition. I will buy few more of the same type of fern. I have bought other plants in the past from this supplier and, according to my experience, it’s absolutely reliable and responsive. In another occasion the plants we had ordered come with few leaves damaged, I sent the seller a message with few pics and he got back to me almost immediately to solve the problem very efficiently. Lovely healthy plant well packaged good size

I had an issue with the initial delivery as my parcel was sent to the wrong address (likely due to my new-build location), but the seller handled the situation exceptionally well. They responded promptly, rearranged the delivery without any hassle, and made sure the plants reached me safely. When they arrived, both plants were in excellent condition—healthy, well-packaged, and clearly cared for. I really appreciate the seller’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. It made a stressful situation much easier. This actually arrived with a small slug (or two?) on the soil. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the slug when I went to remove it, but it has since left evidence in the form of slime trails along with leaf and stem damage, so it is lurking somewhere. I have had to remove several leaves and stems as these had withered and died. I'm now waiting to see whether the slug pellets I resorted to have been successful... Apart from this, it is a very pretty plant for a small space, and looks healthy apart from the slug damage.

That was the first time i ordered a plant online so i was worried that it would arrive a little "tired". I was surprised to see that although it has very tender leaves, the plant arrived in a great condition! I marked it with 4 stars because it would be nice to have a small note on how to care for the plant. Other than that vey happy with my purchase.
