I had high hopes for this L-Carnitine since the label advertises a strong 5000 mg dose and claims it helps convert fat into energy, which sounded promising for workouts and daily energy levels. Unfortunately, after using almost half the bottle I didn’t notice any real difference in energy, workout performance, or recovery. It basically felt like taking flavored syrup with no measurable benefit. The citrus flavor is also much stronger and more artificial than I expected. Even diluted in water it had a lingering aftertaste that made it hard to drink consistently. The bottle is fairly expensive for what it is, and considering the lack of noticeable results, it didn’t feel like good value. Maybe it works for some people, but in my case it didn’t deliver on the promises and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Kicks in later in the afternoon after a meal & a snack. If your poop is runny, then the dosage is too much. Every thing in the colon comes out, including the stick gunk that’ll have you in disbelief that your body has contained so much waste. If possible ask your physician to guide your application usage. All your doc to review the product contents. If you do it right, all of that belly flab & toxins will be gone.

Serving Size Wrong
This product is stated as having 5ml serving size but the serving size is actually 15ml. This means that there’s only 32 servings instead of 96 which was what I thought it would be when I bought it.
