I actually thought that these would be a basic bandana that you'd find in bulk at a craft store. These are actually much nicer. One side has a slight sheen to it while the back side shows a less-vibrant color. (I assume due to being printed on only one side (?) ) To me, they have a silk feel to them. They're not a hard cotton fabric. Whether you plan to wear them, or your pet does (or you're going to use them for an entirely different project, like me) these are very nice. I washed them in the washing machine as soon as I received them and they wash nicely, too.

My old therapy dog, who weighed 12 lbs., had an extensive wardrobe of bows, harnesses, scarves, and sweaters. When she retired, her replacement — a 55-lb. pit/heeler mix — needed something fashionable to wear to work. At less than $1 each, these were an excellent buy, and the wide assortment of colors allows for plenty of matchy-matchy, mommy-and-me color coordination and seasonal wear, which delights my sixth-graders.

I use these for both running and roller derby, and they’ve been great. Really effective for sweat control. They do a great job catching sweat and keeping it out of my eyes, which makes a big difference during longer runs or practices. Bonus: my makeup actually stays intact instead of melting off. Comfortable and lightweight. They don’t feel heavy or overly tight, even during high-movement activities. Good for hair protection. Helps keep my hair in place and adds a bit of protection during workouts and derby. Great value for the set. Having multiple means I always have a clean one ready to go. Bottom line: If you’re active and deal with sweat getting in your eyes, these are absolutely worth it. Comfortable, effective, and easy to rotate through.

Colors are very nice. I don’t like that the quality of the black outline is very thin. It is definitely not sweat absorbing, due to the material. I hate that i ordered 2 quantities and one package is missing the main color I wanted.

I searched for 100% COTTON bandanas on Amazon, and this product came up as a result. Because of this, I overlooked where the vendor described the product as 100% polyester. I like to use 100% cotton bandanas as handkerchiefs as they are soft and durable. These 100% polyester bandanas are like wiping your nose and eyes with a thin sateen bedsheet. I did not realize this until I had already washed and dried them. I have no idea what I am going to do with these, but I guess they're mine now. That aside: the tie-dye colors are lovely, although the print and pretty part are only on one side. The colors and print on the back are muted and clearly meant to be concealed. The fabric is a bit slick (like a very thin sateen sheet), so I am not sure how good they would work out as a headband. When washed, the edges frayed and left lots of multicolored string in my washer and stuck to the other items I washed with them. When folding, many don't form a neat square. Aside from the fact that Amazon's search results fooled me, I would not buy these again. If you are looking for some good bandanas, I would recommend you find some 100% cotton ones. This was an expensive mistake.
