Hello, There is a mild tingly feeling.

Is it sticky feeling?

No, it’s lightweight and doesn’t feel sticky. I actually use this over lip stain or other colors because it gives this beautiful, sheer frosty color. When wearing it by itself, it is very very light and sheer. And if that’s what you’re going for then that’s great. Also, it has almost a minty cooling affect to it. This is my fourth tube and I absolutely love this color. Also, I have a very fair skin…this shade can look different on other people of course but on me it comes out this kind of frosty pink - it is so pretty.

Great drugstore dupe!!

This lip plumper from Milani is a great substitute for any of expensive lip pumper’s that range from $20-$30. The colors are beautiful it stays on and it does plump your lips without stinging. Milani has excellent beauty products, especially for the price give their blush lipsticks and foundation a try.

This is the real deal not a knock off yall, I’ve had the hardest time trying to find this color at the store because it was discontinued. Ran across this after a big name cosmetic company discontinued my favorite gloss. There are several shades I use, but I like that there is a “tingle” on the lip when applied. Minty maybe, not tasting though. My go to daily gloss.
