A nice strong brand. I would prefer veggie capsules though!! I end up emptying out the capsules as I don't wish to eat gelatine.

Really works

Not been having them very long but certainly feel more cheerful. Even when something goes wrong i was able to laugh about it a lot sooner than i would normally. certainly grumpiness doesn't last as long !
