Can the tray be used to keep a cheesecake cool for at least 4 hrs?

If I had to guess maybe the very very bottom of the cheesecake. This wasn’t as good as I was hoping for.

Would this work to keep beers in pint glasses cold? I'd like to provide these to my customers to keep their beers chilly while sitting at the bar.

Will this work well being placed outdoors?

It will work anywhere as long as the cold pack is frozen

Can this be used to make rolled ice cream?

I don't think it it quite cold enough for rolled ice cream.
