No Ac power supply. Have to use a computer to charge by USB port, for initial charge, in your home. It does have a car adapter for charging. Plastic parts are kind of cheap. May not be that durable. Instructions do not tell you how to assemble. Price of unit is reasonable. Screen shots and color of screen are nice and visible. Does have many options other than GPS. I was surprise because I did not see all these options when I bought the unit. Durability maybe a issue..

I will update my status as soon as I try to reset it to factory settings. Wanted it for a trip to KS and it flat out wouldn't do piddly squat. Could not locate where our house was, so it was completely useless. If I can get it to work, I'll give it another rating. So far, not at all impressed. PS: I do NOT live outside of the US!Since I wrote this review, nothing has changed. Needed GPS to head out to IL for a funeral and it was useless. Could've come in handy on our way back home when I 70 W was closed and I have to follow signs to a different exit that would take us to I 70 W. Nothing like having a 4 lane highway during rush hour traffic! UGG!

I ordered this as a gift for my father since it has larger text than the Garmins that I use for myself, and after setting it up for him I must say that I'm not impressed with this product. The website that is included with the booklet for map updates doesn't even exist, and it doesn't even allow me to input addresses with more than three digits in the street number (even though the prompt says that it allows up to four.) I'm assuming this is due to not being able to download or update the US maps.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  this GPS kept getting us lost while driving, blanks out majority of the time, cuts itself on & off by itself....just plain no good & I can't get my refund back because it's past the 30 day market....please don't let the back up camera fool you....

I returned the GPS. Time doesn't stay when set. Trying to set address is a pain. I read reviews and still bought it. I would look for a TomTom or Garmin.

I bought this because of its high raring which is inaccurate. I do not know why Amazon dropped the ball in this one and posted inaccurate reviews not relating to this product. There is no information about updates. There is no software or website on how to activate this useless piece of junk.

It was horrible - I returned it immediately. "Information" booklet that came with the unit did not identify component parts, did not provide user instructions, and was almost impossible to read because the print was so small. A real piece of junk.

Wrong directions. Clock did not pick up daylight savings time would set it it automatically went to 1 hour earlier. Tried map update virus program said unsafe site
