South Park: The Stick of Truth Grand Wizard Edition - Windows Collectors Edition

I bought the Collector's Edition and got a large Kidrobot Cartman Grand Wizard. It about a 6" figure. i found that kid robot make 3" figure set for the game and bought the rest of the characters in the 3" versions. Not impressed by the map included with the collectors edition i put it back in the box and not being displayed. The game is full very foul humor and fart jokes. It much material that may offend various people. I expected this from South Park especially from a game so influenced directly by the shows creators. I wont go into specifics to avoid having to censor my self or give out any spoilers. the game is full of Easter eggs from across all the episodes of South Park. Presentation: 4/5 - Map is disapointing Price: 5/5 - about the same as other Collector's I bought. Gameplay 5/5 - Very offline rpg styled , many people say it plays like paper mario Replay 3/5 - First time around is fun but beyond trying the other few classes no little reason to replay Entertaing 5/5 - It was like playing a long episode of south park. Very True to the show. Overall I enjoyed this game, as a south park fan. I not convince if a non fan would enjoy as much as I did. I know im not alone in saying that This is one of the best Franchise based game that have been created.

Simply amazing. Laugh out loud funny and a pretty darn good game as well. An absolutely must play for every South Park fan, and even deserving of a play through for barely casual viewers as well. A hallowed entry into the laughably short list of funny and fun game adaptations of a TV license, along with Beavis & Butt-head Do U and Simpsons Hit n Run. The game can be anywhere from 10 to 20+ hours of gameplay depending on how much you choose to explore and read descriptions (they are hilarious) and do sidequests etc. If you are all about just beating a game you'll probably run through this in around or under 10 hours and miss most of what makes this game fantastic. If you've never seen an episode of South Park, stay away (and rethink your life choices). Edit: Forgot to mention that the KidRobot statue of Cartman is excellent! I love it and am very happy with buying the LE. Cannot recommend this enough to fans!

First of all the package came from Richmond to me in Germany in 3! days and without any kind of damage. Second the Game is great and i love it so far and all but i dont have to talk about that again like many others did before. The -1 Star is not because you cant activate it in Germany (in the normal ways) right now. Because evrybody should know that a Game which has to be activated via Steam cant be activated until its released in your Land so nothing new here.. Its becaue Amazon isnt pointing you to that fact which it should i think but u can do a little search in the internet and find more information than you need. Im as i said from Germany so i apologise for my strange/bad English. And you cant blame my English Teachhers they did a great job its all my fault^^.

To those living outside of the US please read this review before you buy this game. I made the mistake and don't want others to be in the same situation. If you're living outside of the US please make sure you're not in regional locked countries such as Germany, Australia, Austria, Singapore etc. You won't be able to activate this game. Amazon doesn't list the restrictions on the page so caveat emptor

This game is kind of too short for the amount charged for it. It rehashes a lot of the running jokes and gags from the television series, however, the game is really short due to how simplistic the combat system is. As such, it doesn't particularly make for a very challenging RPG game.

First, I am a fan of Matt and Trey and South Park. If you like South Park, do yourself a huge favor, buy this game. I haven't laughed as much at a game since the original No One Lives Forever. If you don't like South Park, or are easily offended, then, this is, sadly, not for you, and stay frar, far away from it. Seriously, don"t even watch a friend play it. I'm super serial. Even if you are not a turn-based combat fan, the battles are short (except for the end bosses) and always great. You play the game as "The New Kid" through a game that pokes fun at World of Warcraft, Fantasy games, and,oh, just about everything in general. Cartman Is at his narcissistic, sociopathic best, Randy Marsh is batsh*t crazy as usual, and my man Leopold "Butters" Scotch is, well, Butters. This is a must for any gamer who is a fan of South Park.

So far having played 4 hours of the game it's been an enjoyable ride. I've not experience the glitches that are suppose to be in the game that some other folks have talked about, but my character's original eyes did show in one cut seen when I had the Hoff job done. If you love South Park and can stomach some of the RPG repetition in regards to attack animation than this game is just right for you. Other than that it is one of those games that can be best left to personal choice as it does not have any ground breaking features and is best described as Paper Mario: South Park. If you only want the jokes, you're better off watching someone else's let's play video. (just not Pewdiepie, he sucks at the game)

This is the collectors edition of the highly ambitious game from South Park Studios and Ubisoft. as a collectors edition it comes with DLC for the game and a Wizard Cartman plastic statue. and a Map of the game world drawn by Wizard King Cartman. The creation of this game is something the show's creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker should be proud of. the goal was to bring an interactive South Park experience to our gaming platform of choice. They succeeded beyond my wildest expectations and the experience is one to be remembered. you are the new kid in the neighborhood drawn into a LARP war for possession of the stick of truth. so chose your outfit and weapons and battle with the kids of South Park.

It's south Park, you can't regret it.

the statue is amazing and the game is super fun

The item arrived unsealed. The videogame inside was sealed, but the box had been opened and the sheet with codes accessed. It's disturbing.
