Very tasty I highly recommend this

Incredibly delicious and versatile
I love this hazelnut oil! I love hazelnut flavor, so to be able to add this to my baking that calls for an oil is a bonus. I also use it in my electric skillet to make pancakes (tastes SO much better than the bland vegetable oil). I also recommend using it on salad. I mix this and chocolate balsamic vinegar on my greens and it is SO tasty! Even if you hate salad, this might make you change your mind.

Very good flavor- I use it in coffee like the bulletproof coffee
Other people said this didn't work in coffee, but they were wrong if you do it like the bulletproof coffee.I use a milk frother to whisk the oil in (2 tsp), and it dissolves nicely for a time. It'll eventually precipitate out, but just stirring it in with a spoon afterwards will integrate it again. It does leave a little oil on the inside of the glass afterwards, but who cares.Pro's:+ Nice hazelnut flavor, works great when whisked in coffee, and no artificial flavors/ high fructose corn syrup like the alternatives+ Just roasted hazelnut oil- you get all the flavor of roasted hazelnut, but none of the artificial junkCons:- If you're expecting the super fake/ sweet artificial hazelnut flavor/ sweetness, this obviously is not that.- You have to whisk it into coffee, but that takes 5s with a nice milk frother (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BKA11B0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1).Overall, I love it! For the price, health benefits, and flavor, it's impossible to beat.

still nutritious surely, this batch tasted nothing like the last time i bought this (best WAS also a CA batch)
This was excellent... its scent would waft through the house and wonderfully flavor my breakfast. it smelled like i ought pour it into coffee as a sweetened syrup while just being a nut oil.this last batch was not bad but it wasn't the flavor bliss that the last one was.i am a picky eater. I don't like most things as much as i liked this. to be honest i never finished the last bottle and it expired but was worth replacing.this time I ordered one for myself and was gifted one from one of the TJX stores, so will have to follow up on the duplicate which i gifted to a pair who loves cooking. They have never said another thing about it though so i assume theirs was likewise unimpressive.Manufacturer: Please look into what the differences are. I would pay more for the better tasting one as a premium option (be it a more limited nut variety or peak of harvest time or whatever) for use at certain times and occasions vs run of the mill use for omega 9's. I have the identifier still, it was batch: H130913 that i loved.I saved the remnant of that for an experiment in the garden where tiny bits of oils are mixed with some soapy water and just risked opening the now unrefrigerated one thinking it could be gross and it still smells wonderful and coffee house hazelnutty. the fresh one smells plainer.

Kick Your Cuisine 'Up A Notch"
We cook. We bake. What do we do with roasted nut oils? My first thought was to 'double down' on the roasted nut flavor by using this oil wherever I used hazelnuts; replacing an equal amount of butter. This time of year, I am thinking of holiday cookies. The roasted hazelnut flavor bakes true. I use a range of La Tourangelle oils and they are fast becoming my 'go-to' oil for variety when I move away from quality olive oil.I do use other oils in this series when I want to add 'nutty' flavors to sauteed chicken dishes. The change of oil helps to add variety without having to also purchase the nuts. This is great for dishes finished with wine and cream. For the 'real deal', I would use both the oil and the right nut for a great dining experience.

Deep, Rich Flavor
I really enjoy using Walnut and Almond oils in cooking. These have a higher smoke point than olive oil so can take the heat a little better without breaking down. They also impart a rich, nutty flavor to whatever you are cooking. I use it quite a bit for stir fry vegetables and it makes a great combination flavor. I have purchased La Touragelle oils frequently and usually pay about $8 for a 500ml can as an "Add On" item. The price can fluctuate like the stock market, so put it in your cart, save it for later and watch for updates on the price. When it hits your price point, buy it. The quality of these oils is excellent and I have bought 4 different nut oils repeatedly without an issue with quality or freshness. I do refrigerate this product as recommended by the manufacturer.

Great product from great brand
I love the specialty oils from La Tourangelle, including this hazelnut oil. The flavor is superb (tastes fresh and fragrant), and the packaging (oil can) is high quality. I definitely recommend this product.
