Quality
Quality however you would expect it for the price . It has a breather hole in the top to allow for excessive steam to release .. It fits the Wok (25cm) that i also purchased perfectly . Overall a little expensive considering how much the wok was , however it’s worth the price for the quality .

I feel a bit miffed that this was not already included as part of the 25cm wok I bought - fits well and does the job however. Hopefully the last one I need to buy!

I purchased the HexClad 12-inch tempered glass lid to use with my HexClad frying pan, and it’s been an excellent addition. The lid fits perfectly, seals well, and feels solid and high quality. The tempered glass lets me monitor food while cooking without lifting the lid, which helps keep heat and moisture in. The handle stays comfortable to grip, and the overall construction matches the premium feel of the cookware. It’s great for simmering, steaming, or reducing splatter, and it’s easy to clean afterward. This lid feels durable and well designed, not flimsy like many generic glass lids. If you already have HexClad cookware, this lid is a no-brainer upgrade and completes the pan nicely. Highly recommended.

Fits perfectly for a 12.5 inch pan. The inner diameter with lip ring will fit an inner diameter pan of around 11.5-12.2 inch diameter. The tempered glass lid is heavy and of very good quality. The lid holder is cool to touch during cooking and the steam hole works fine. The lid was easy to clean - just need to make sure water droplets are removed around the seal. Doesn’t say HexClad anywhere so you can use this for any pan brand. While cooking the steam is maintained within the seal. I initially bought one of those cheaper unknown brands but the quality sucked - light weight, handle that had rough and sharp edges and just cheap looking. This one from HexClad is really worth the extra $10 you’d pay for the cheaper ones. Highly recommended!

I accidentally broke my 8'' saucepan lid, so I looked around locally to replace it. However, I was surprised to find only lids in 10" and above. I am glad that I took a chance on this one on Amazon. Hear me out: This lid is just great! It fits perfectly, and the quality is amazing. This is not one of those typical fragile glass lids. I can directly feel the quality by its weight and sturdy, sleek build. Overall, a great product and a great value.
