milk + honey Deodorant No. 05 – Baking Soda Free, Aluminum-Free Natural Deodorant for Women & Men, Lemon and Vanilla Scent, 2.6 oz

Doesn’t freak my skin out, isn’t overly scented, and if you don’t sweat like a caveman, you’ll probably love it. If you’re the extra stinky type, this probably isn’t going to do it for you. It washes off my body easier than traditional deodorant, which I like. I don’t feel that after I’ve scrubbed my underarms that there’s still a waxy layer or anything. There’s no lingering scent, either. My husband just bought a new, traditional deodorant, it was supposed to it smell but it did and it was horrible! He scrubbed his underarms for probably 5 minutes in the shower using a traditional bar soap and then used Fast Orange with the pumice in it and he *still* smelled like that stinky deodorant. This isn’t like that at all, and I appreciate that.

The smell is wonderful. It works. Didn't bother my skin. Great quality. Moisture is just right. Didn't stain my clothes.

This smells good for about 20 minutes after you apply it. Then the sweat and odor overpowers it. It says “extra strength” but it doesn’t work at all.

I highly recommend this product!! I have been searching for a underarm deodorant that would not make me break out because I'm allergic to baking soda. This was a problem because I was developing tags by my underarms because regular deodorant contain aluminum. A friend said try a natural deodorants and I did. But, they either didn't last, smelled bad when I sweated or I broke out in a rash/itching. So after researching, this was when I discovered my sensitivity to baking soda in my armpits and every natural deodorant I tried used baking soda.I thought I was going to have to go back to using regular deodorant or (GASP) make my own natural deodorant. Trust me, that last option would not have been pretty, LOL! Then I found THIS product and it has been WONDERFUL!!!! It smells great, it lasts (I work 10 hrs shifts or more) and the itching has stopped. The rash is also slowly going away as well. To the creators of milk+honey baking soda deodorant, I say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THAAAAANNNNKKKK YOOOOUUUU!!!!!! I love the lemongrass smell, but I hope you expand and make this with other aromas in the future. But, until then you have a loyal customer in me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for another clean, chemical free deodorant when my current one was out of stock. This product has great reviews. It smells nice, and goes on smoothly. The minute I start to sweat, it turns into white creamy droplets, which run down my sides and get on my clothes. I'm very active in my job, and exercise often, so I didn't like that. It also doesn't seem to have all day body odor prevention. It's fine for a back- up, but I'm glad my other brand is back in stock.

After years of using Mitchum under arm deodorant, I began to break out in an itchy rash under my arms. I tried everything including several that claimed to be hypoallergenic and had the same reaction to all including the popular Lyme. This is the first deodorant I’ve found that does not irritate me or cause a rash. It works quite wee also. I will be buying this regularly.

I really wanted to love this deodorant. Small & compact to easily be thrown in a purse. Nice scent. But holy crap, did it burn my arm pits. No one wants to see photos of your pits because let’s be honest, pits are not attractive. But the burning sensation was out of this world & left my pits red for a week. Washing them with soap & water wouldn’t make the burn go away. Thought it was because I had freshly shaved them the first time, so I gave it another go. Nope. Probably in worse pain than before. So sensitive skin girlies, hear me out. Be aware when buying this product. My body simply didn’t like some ingredient in this deodorant, which stinks since it’s suppose to be natural. Still gave it 2 stars because of it’s size & smell- also knowing that my reaction isn’t the same as everyone else else’s!

I liked the fact that this deodorant has no bad chemicals. It does keep you feeling fresh. The scent was extremely soft. The cost for the travel size was reasonable. It didn’t stain my clothing. One thing that I didn’t like about the deodorant was the ease of application; it seemed to drag when held to the underarm and using motion to apply.
