The stand itself is fantastic. I have some minor concerns about noise but since I haven't sat in it yet, I don't know how loud the seat and other fabric parts will be. Where this stand fails is in the included straps. DO NOT USE THE STRAPS!!! They are death waiting to happen. As soon as any weight is put on the straps, they slip. Do yourself a favor and buy a few ratchet straps if you plan to use this without falling 15-20' out of a tree.
