Is this an all natural soap? I noticed some ingredients in it that are not in Dr. Sq.... products

Yes is it all-natural soap. We use the original Cold Process Soapmaking method for all our soaps. The base ingredient for any Natural Cold Process Soap is a mix of Oils and Lye mixed at low temperature and letting it age to create a gentle effect. This is added with different additives and essential oils to give the unique flavor for individual soap. The recipe for other brands which may also be natural soap may differ primarily with the recipe of the oil mix.

Does this smell anything like Jergen’s cherry almond scented lotion?

Not sure, but the lavender one smells faintly like patchouli and I absolutely love that
