My skin was going through something ROUGH—no idea what the cause was. I went from having oily skin with very mild breakouts to severely dry, "crusty" and broken out. Wearing makeup to try and hide the acne was a nightmare and made me even more insecure. None of the cleansers or moisturizers I used helped. Did some research and came across something called bacterial folliculitis. It sounded a lot like my symptoms. Came across this brand and decided "f it why not" and oh my god—best purchase ever. I've used it for over a week now and my skin is soft, supple and hydrated. A lot of my acne has faded and all around looks/feels so much better than before. Fair warning, the smell is pretty strong! It's like washing your face with a bar of farts but it's worth it. I start with my normal cleanser first, follow with Katialis, let it sit on my face for like a minute, rinse, pat dry, follow with an anti bacterial facial spray, then finish with moisturizer 2x a day. It has a slick finish? So it kind of takes a bit to thoroughly rinse off, but other than that, I really can't complain with these results. It's worth the money.

I went through a massive breakout from an oil based makeup remover, where my forehead was extremely itchy. I bought this soap because I knew I had some kind of allergic reaction. Let me tell you, this caused the itching to reduce and my skin flair up, went away in 3 days. I recommend storing it in a dry place. Best buck for your health. Super satisfied with this product.

I bought this because after a major infection I've been having issues with my skin. I've tried about a dozen things including doctor scripts and nothing was really working. Super frustrating so I decided to give it a try. It doesn't solve the problem but the issue is greatly reduced and I am hopeful that this with my scripts will eliminate the issue completely. It isn't strongly scented though it does have a scent. The color is a little off putting honestly for me but it doesn't stain, it was decently priced for a medicated soap, you don't need a lot to get a good decent lather and I have hard water so it should last a while and it doesn't irritate my skin though if you have skin irritation it can burn a little when you use it but it's like a stinging sensation that's less than if I were to use a disinfectant

My face has been looking clearer since using this soap. It has some exfoliation! It kind of smells like fireworks… but it is sulphur. The smells hasn’t seemed to linger much after use. I also use under my arms and it has also seemed to help prevent stickiness.

I have been suspecting that I have fungal acne for a while now due to the fact lips are always chapped/breaking open and bleeding. I made the switch to this about a month ago and I have noticed a huge difference in my acne and my lips! I have not broken out since starting and my lips have completely healed. The smell is not great as other reviews have stated, but it doesn't bother me. It does not dry out my skin and I finish my skin care with serums and moisturizers. Highly recommend to try for the price if you suspect you may have fungal acne and nothing else has worked.

This soap is okay and works as expected. I feel a lot cleaner when using it. It can be drying, so make sure you moisturize after using. The scent isn’t great, but it’s not as bad as I expected with the sulfur. You can smell it a little, but it disappears. Some people are using it on their face. I would be careful. It irritated the skin on my face and I ended up getting more acne. There were also some hard particles in the soap that scratched me. Otherwise, I do like it and I feel cleaner after use.

Out of the clear blue, I had a dermatitis breakout of my face. The norm around the nose to chin. Crazy!!! My doctor prescribed clindamycin 1%. Then of course I had the hydrocortisone 1%. I battled this for months. I kept reading about sulfur and zinc soap. Ignored it. Then I finally got desperate! I said, let me try! This soap immediately started drying up my red bumps! I lathered the soap on my problem areas and let it soak in for about 2 minutes each time I washed my face. I could feel the medicine working. In a week’s time, I look and feel so much better. I just want to thank the seller for supplying such a dynamic product. I hope more consumers will see this review and try this soap. Will definitely buy again!

It's affective and the smell not bad

better thank all the skin care i’ve used. spent so much money on korean skin care french skincare and would still break out. i think it’s due to me using a lot of products. stopped using them ALL and just washed my face with bar soap. my skin has finally cleared up it took around 2 months for it to fully calm my skin. i’m just so thankful
