I order a second bottle why is this one a different color? The liquid that is

Had ordered several bottles in the past via Amazon (pssst: huge fan. believe the hype)... and with the most recent order I got the "other" milky, creamy serum as opposed to the clear, golden, watery serum I had been accustomed to.  This issue has been asked about here frequently, however, I didn't find any convincing answer nor any reply from any Eve Hansen rep, so I contacted them directly.  Here's the reply from Eve Hansen:
"Thank you for contacting us regarding this. For our 2 oz Vitamin C Serum, we slightly updated our formula to be more effective. This is why you're seeing the difference in the consistency and the texture of the serum.  They are still essentially the same premium ingredients, just upgraded. Both are actually good except this new batch just have different formulation.

Please do give it a try and you will see that the result is the same as the prior or even better. Rest assured that the bottle that you have received is fine. Though, we recommend to please do a skin patch test, first. If you want to be sure, please do a patch test on your skin by applying the oil on your arm then leave it unwashed for 4 to 8 hours. If there is no reaction, no skin irritation on that area, then it is safe to continue using it on your face."

So, I did the skin test and had no adverse reaction to this version of the formula and will be keeping it.  Also, if interested, check out the product video on the page as it shows a woman demonstrating how to apply the creamy version of the serum to her skin.

I bougth the vit c, hyaloronic acid and the retinol serum. how should i use them?

When using both the Vitamin C Serum and Hyaluronic Acid Serum, what should the sequence be?

After cleansing and toning, apply the Vitamin C Serum first, and allow to dry. Next, apply the Hyaluronic Acid Serum and allow to dry again. Then follow with your moisturizer and eye treatment and sunscreen.

Where does the Retinol Serum fit into the sequence?

Retinol Serum greater than 1% is generally used in the evening after cleansing and toning

The product is thin like water doesn't stay on the fingertips to apply. Is this normal

Yeah it's not exactly a serum consistency but it is normal. I apply the drops directly to my face and rub it in right away so it doesn't drop off.
