Can this be used to make acrylic powder for nails?

Hello, yes, you can use Baltic Day pigments to make acrylic powder for nails.

Can it be mixed in with tub & tile reglaze epoxy which is white?

I have not used anything other than clear epoxy but I would say that you could. The colors come out pretty strong with just a little to clear. I imagine that it'd do pretty well in white.

Can I use this in candles?

Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, BALTIC DAY pigments are great natural colorant for coloring candle waxes with beautiful pearlescent effects. You can also use mica powders as a paint for the finished candles. Pick few shades of a specific color, mix it up and create your own unique hues.
