The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous fixture. The instructions for how to hang the crystals were really confusing and I’m pretty sure I did it wrong but it still looks great.

Gorgeous light. A little tedious to get just right. We arranged the crystals in a way that we preferred for the style we were looking to achieve. There’s no clear directions for any of it, which is good and bad. It gives you creative freedom to personalize the fixture, yet can result in having to place and re-place crystals several times until you get it just right. We didn’t use all of the crystals that came with it. Beautiful light. I keep poking my head in the dining room just to look at it.

Very tough to assemble the crystals and installation is not the easiest. However, once done the chandelier looks gorgeous with rustic orb and glass crystals.

I have been shopping for months for an orb chandelier that's well made, vintage-looking, well proportioned with crystal or glass prisms and a price that wouldn't break the bank. I found it! And, it's gorgeous!Delivery was prompt and arrived when they stated it would. It came assembled and well packaged. The only thing that had to be done was of course hardwire it and install the crystals / prisms, which wasn't difficult but took time. There are enough crystals to allow getting creative and you can make it as simple or gaudy as you want. It is also dimmable. The directions don't advise on how to place the crystals but I suggest starting in the center and working out and around. Enjoy the process and just play with it until you get it right. Most importantly...be patient. Enjoy!

Product arrived damaged - of course it’s hard to determine until you’re in the process of installing… one of the links was broken (unfixable) and the fixture itself was bent (so one of the candles is at at complete angle and not straight at all). This was also unfixable. As other mentioned, the chain is somewhat short…. We have high ceilings (not vaulted; just tall) and it’s a bit shorter than we would’ve liked, so I wouldn’t recommend for anywhere taller than standard ceilings. Our handyman, with my husband assisting, didn’t even get half of the crystals up and they spent at hour and a half on the crystals alone. Our handyman commented that the way to apply the crystals was not ideal, as he has a lot of experience and has worked with plenty of light fixtures with a similar style, that were much easier to assemble. Also, some came shattered (my husband got cut because he didn’t realize there was broken glass, and it was extra worrysome as we have 2 mobile babies so were extra worried about potential glass shards on the floor). We still proceeded to hang, leaving the other half of the crystals off of it; we just bought our house and needed to replace a less than ideal light fixture, and were already paying the handyman for his time, so we pushed through. I do like it… but don’t know that we will keep long-term. I could see this just being a placeholder and upgrading in a few years when we are sick of looking at a bent chandelier. To be fair, it doesn’t NEED all of the crystals; but for this to take our handyman so much time, with his level of experience, just be prepared for a lengthy project with no real detailed instructions!

This chandelier is AMAZING! I had been eyeballing this exact chandelier from Restoration Hardware for a couple years. It was easily 5 times the price. I was so excited find this on here. After receiving it there were some broken pieces. Word to the wise, ask for a replacement but hang on to the first one until the new one comes, that way between the two of them you can have a perfect set. Once you hang it, and put all the crystals on it, you will not be disappointed. Without the crystal it is boring, but when you add the bling it’s simply breathtaking. The crystals are glass, not acrylic and it does take a couple hours to install and put together. But so worth it! Now I’m hoping they sell the table lamp version of this for my living room!
