Good non fish omega

I am a vegetarian mom and love this product. I have used it throughout all 3 of my pregnancies, from the beginning, during postpartum, and on and off since then. The softgels are easy to swallow and I really appreciate that there is no unpleasant aftertaste or smell, which is often an issue with supplements like this. I take 2 at night. I also like that the recommended dose isn’t overly high like many other supplements (some require 3 or more), although I do wish it was just 1 pill per day for convenience. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable omega supplement that I feel good about taking long-term. Highly recommend.

I am so glad to finally find a vegan source of Omega the come in a soft gel. These are also burp-less so no fishy after taste either.

Good quality, easy to swallow.

I wanted a vegetarian option, and these fit the bill. Despite other reviews to the contrary, I do not experience a fishy aftertaste, provided I take them just after eating. If I take them on an empty stomach, there is a slight unpleasant taste.
