So disappointed
Item was smaller than described. I have 6 tiles I purchased in Barcelona (same sold by this merchant) and was so happy to find a frame for them. I very carefully measured based on item description. As you can see it’s shorter than the 8.26 inches in the description. Waiting to see if the merchant will make this right. If so I will update my review. Update: seller contacted me for photos of my tiles and measurements and advised they will send me the correct size! Will update when received. Final update. Received the correct size today and it is perfect! While not necessary it was express mailed. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I will buy the frame with the tiles. Thank you.

So disappointed
I got an email confirming the size, yes I have 7 mini tiles. Frame just arrived and 7 tiles do not fit!!! So I need to either send it back or try and shave down the tiles so they do fit. But what if a tile breaks then I'm screwed. Ugggggg It's not like a cheap $5 Walmart frame, with shipping this was close to $50.00

Great product, confused handling of the order
I've ordered two identical frames at different times: first time I received what expected, second a much smaller frame. As it's not a Prime product, I had to pay for the return shipment to Spain.

Frame for MOSAICO Mini Tiles
The frame is beautiful and fits the tiles perfectly. After receiving the order, the seller sent email to make sure I ordered the correct size of the frame, as there are many varieties and one can easily order a wrong one. The order is shipped from Europe via FedEx and it took a week to arrive. Consider the communication delay in the process, I am very happy with the shipping speed. Overall, it's a good experience from this seller and product.

Our original purchase was too small for our tiles. I wrote to the supplier to explain and almost by return a larger frame was supplied which bearing in mind the location is Barcelona was fantastic. He is probably still waiting for the return of the other one which I sent back a couple of days ago so very trusting.

These tiles are beautiful with the traditional raised numbers; I know they tell us the size but they still felt small when we got them. The frame fits well but seems a little cheap. It is really necessary however, because it makes hanging them much easier. Overall, really beautiful
