I can't find the big sheets where I live. Grocery variety is limited and often boring. I used to love these big sheets when I lived near Chinatown in a big U.S. city. They were super inexpensive and not yet 'americanized'. I miss those, but these are good. I ordered a whole box, thinking it would last me a while. But once I open a packet, it is hard to keep from eating the whole thing. Price is so-so, but like I said, the choices where I live are non-existent. They are thin, salty, fresh. Not spicy and the 'fishy' seaweed flavor is nicely balanced with the salt and oil seasoning. Compared to what I used to find in Chinatown, I would describe them as thin in thickness - and they crumble more easily because of that. I make a mess when eating these -- little bits are everywhere afterwards.

I got turned onto these in the smaller snack-sized packs which I loved, and then stumbled upon the big sheets. Because I'm tending toward a ketogenic diet and these have 1g of carbs per serving, this is what i turn to when I want tasty, salty, crunchy satisfaction. I take a whole sheet, fold it three or four times and munch away. I'm very happy to have a flavorful snack alternative to potato chips, corn chips, peanut butter pretzels and the like. Well done, gimMe!

This snack is worth every penny. My wife and I eat seaweed as a snack. We take a sheet, fold it twice, and bite off pieces as a night time snack. We ordered two boxes and went through it in 3 weeks.

I add a little more sea salt and put into a sealed bag and eat 2 a day. Love it.
