Only not 5 stars because it could be a bit taller. Lovely dark grey oak shelves. Just a really nice unit. Hugely dissapointed I can't get the matching open bookcase.

Nice sturdy quality, We were looking for something to neaten up our gin and cookbook selection. This worked perfectly and does what a bookshelf should.** We found that a lot of other available shelving units were quite restricted on the total weight which could be added, which in my opinion is quite misleading, if for example using for heavy books. **Putting the units together was a breeze, and there was an included allen key if you haven't got the correct tools (and spares of all of the screwy bits) which is quite a nice touch.Environmentally, there was a lot of separate plastic packaging, which could probably be improved and save some manufacturing costs for supplier if in one bag and less to throw away.Other than this a good sturdy shelf which works perfectly.

I am pleased with the unit, easy to put together and good quality and looks great but a little disappointed with the height I should of checked it before ordering .

This was easy to put up as long as you follow the instructions; fit it together loosely at first and screw it up tight once you’ve got it square. It is stable without really needing to be screwed to the wall. If you were to do that, there is no allowance for minor details such as skirting boards. The screws given would not be long enough and the wallplugs are puny, but that is a given with almost any wall-fixed item you buy.Frames are good, sturdy and easy on the eye, but the shelves are of fairly low quality, plasticky veneered chipboard and are a bit disappointing.It is tucked away in a corner and covered with plants, so not a total eyesore.Overall, a three out of five purchase.

Loooks really good quality once assembled. Not brilliant on carpet, needed to place some pieces of cardboard under the legs to prevent it from leaning. Beware that the pictures make this unit look much bigger than it is. However, I do like it and it’s good value for money.

Very easy to assemble, perfect size for my hi-fi equipment and to store my records (vinyls for millenials) and cd's. It doesn't take over the whole room, looks really smart.

I purchased two of these units and they're fantastic. We use them under an external glass canopy for plants and wood for our log burner in winter. Very sturdy/well contructed, good paint quality finish. The shelves themselves are also of excellent quality, although I protect them with harboard form scratches caused potentially from the logs.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and look great. Got them cheap as they were Warehouse, £30 off. A total bargain for quality goods.
