Love these
Based on their size chart, I should have ordered the XL but instead went with the "Large" which is a USA Medium (my actual size). Glad I did as they fit very well. I just finished a 2-3/4hr home workout in them so this is my results based on actual use which involved treadmill, 800 situps, weights, leg exercises, ab and arm exercises etc. They are a very soft and comfortable material and I'm ordering another pair now I've tested these. I had one "issue" during some leg stretching exercises on one piece of equipment, the back of the pants slid down a little. That wouldn't have been a problem as the material is so soft but the darn label irritated my tail bone. Easy solution.... carefully cut the darn tag out... no more irritation... I noted Home Workout... there's no way in this world I could wear these outside or in a gym without a little coverage underneath. I am light skinned and ordered the black pants. As a result there's no hiding much... None the less for home use I love them. Comfortable, soft and very breathable. Also, they held the family jewels very comfortably thanks to the way they are cut. There's a V section from underneath to the waist which forms sort of a pocket to keep "things" in place. Someone in a review complained that they made them look flat?.... Guess size matters.. I don't have the flat look. Also, there's no seam on the spine.... There is a seam from underneath to half way up the back section of the pants. I like this. It means there's no stitching running up my spine which means on bench work, no irritation. That's a big plus for me. If you are light skin colored and concerned about showing too much at the gym, then I suggest you stick to the light colors. You really would be pushing the boundaries wearing the black without something underneath (which negates the value and comfort of wearing these). I workout daily at home so no concerns about color. I might try the Dark Blue for the second pair but I'm definitely getting another pair. These are the most comfortable support workout pants I've worn. Soft, comfy and breathable material (which is critical for the hot weather where I live). Definitely recommend (with the provision of color and where you wear them...)

Supportive, breathable, and surprisingly discreet
I was cautiously optimistic about trying mesh compression shorts, but these exceeded expectations. Addressing the obvious question: transparency. The mesh weave is engineered well โ it creates depth and shadow rather than true visibility. Thereโs natural contouring, but nothing revealing or inappropriate, even in lighter colors. Both light and dark versions provide comparable coverage. Comfort is where these really stand out. The fabric stretches freely while maintaining consistent support, making them ideal for lifting sessions, yoga, or dynamic movement. They feel like a more breathable, performance-focused evolution of traditional boxer-briefs. The fit is snug without feeling restrictive. If youโre used to standard athletic underwear, these provide noticeably better structure and airflow. The only limitation for me is the lack of a small pocket for a phone or key, which keeps them gym-focused rather than all-day casual wear. Overall, a strong performance piece that balances support, comfort, and presentation.

Solid Workout Shorts for the Gym and Pool โ They Do the Job
Hey guys, I picked up these MIZOK Men's Tight Yoga Mesh Training Shorts because I was getting back into regular gym sessions and needed something tighter than baggy basketball shorts. I travel a bunch for work and leisure, so I wanted shorts that could handle lifting, some yoga stretches, and even double as jammer-style swimwear for hotel pools or quick beach stops without packing extra stuff. The price was reasonable, and they looked like they'd offer decent compression and breathability for sweaty sessions. I expected a pair of lightweight, quick-drying shorts with good stretch that wouldn't ride up or bunch during squats and deadlifts. The mesh design promised to keep things cool, and the tight fit was supposed to give some muscle support without feeling like a sausage casing. They mostly met those expectations. The fabric is a polyamide-spandex blend that's soft against the skin and does dry pretty fast after a workout or a swim. The mesh panels let air flow through, which helps when you're pushing through a hot lifting session or doing cardio โ I didn't feel as clammy as I do in regular cotton shorts. The elastic waistband with drawstring holds them in place well during movements, and the tight compression reduces that flapping around you get with looser shorts. I've used them for bodybuilding-style training, some yoga flows, and even as swim jammers on a recent trip. They provide solid support for my legs without restricting range of motion too much. On the plus side, they're lightweight and comfortable for extended wear. The stretch is good enough for most gym exercises, and they wick moisture okay. For the price, they deliver decent value โ not premium quality, but you get functional shorts that handle multiple uses without falling apart after a few washes. I like that they can go from gym to pool without changing. That said, they're not perfect. The material feels a bit thin in places, and after a few intense sessions, I noticed some pilling starting on the inner thighs. The mesh is breathable but also pretty sheer, which is fine in the right setting but might not be everyone's cup of tea if you're self-conscious at a busy gym. Sizing runs a little snug โ I had to go up a size from what I normally wear to get the fit right without it feeling too compressive on my waist. The seams are okay but nothing special; they haven't ripped yet, but I can see them as a potential weak point over time with heavy use. In real-world use, these work well for weight training where you want muscle support and freedom to move. They're handy for travel because they pack small and dry overnight if you rinse them after a swim. I've worn them for pool laps and light water workouts too โ the jammer cut helps with less drag than regular trunks. Not ideal for long runs maybe, but great for shorter HIIT or strength days. Overall, they're a practical buy if you're looking for versatile, budget-friendly training shorts that can pull double duty in the gym and water. They met most of my needs without any major letdowns, though I wouldn't call them the most durable option out there.

Comfortable and see thru
Fit perfectly and very soft. They are a mesh material and single layer so they are see thru. Can wear them as underwear or out hiking if you are daring. Love these.

Excellent warm weather shorts.
Excellent warm weather shorts. The purple color is very purple. Well made and comfortable at a great price. They are see through, but someone would need to be very close to truly see anything. I have gone jogging in them and no one even gave a second glance. I will use them at the gym too. I think they would be good for swimming. However I would only wear them in fresh or salt water as I am sure the color would fade in chlorine, since the washing instructions say no bleach. I normally wear a medium, but got the US Small because of the measurements, the fit is perfect! I will order more colors for sure. Note if your leg hair is long you may want to shave it because it can get stuck in the holes and that hurts.

Comfortable but can cause pain.
I bought these for the breathe-ability factor during the hot summer months. At first everything fit great and felt good. I donโt know that I would wear these in public just because they are very see through. I wore them under my cargo shorts for work and unfortunately the head of my hoo-hoo kept rubbing through the holes of the shorts against rough khaki material and it was so uncomfortable, even very painful at times where I had to make a special trip to the bathroom to adjust. These may be great for under other types of softer material but unfortunately arenโt great for my needs.

Unexpectedly cooling and very flattering
Aside from the peakaboo nature, the fit is very complimentary since it hugs just right, be it a little cupcake or whole dump truck. The material is very breathable, obviously, but it also feels very cool to the touch. It's almost wet feeling when you first touch them, but they slide right on without any issue. Regarding the modesty, it's kine of like an optical illusion. You see what you want to see, so it just depends on what you're focusing on. It's not that bad in reality, but you do have to make an intentional decision about where/how you lay. The shorts are just tight enough to make a mound out of your shape, but it's not like you can see through and take a pulse. The seams running all around do a great job at accentuating all the leg muscles and curves. My only real issue is that I wish they were a little shorter. I'd prefer a cut more like a trunk or booty shorts, where these feel and look more like swimming jammers. Not that I would ever commit the sin of wearing another pair of shorts over these, or tights (don't be a monster), if you were concerned about wearing them in less than welcoming public settings or errands, they'd show under a pair of shorts, depending on what length you normally wear (please, do yourselves a favor, stick to a 5 inch inseam). It's ultimately up to you if you want them as a base layer or primary shorts, but they do a great job at both. The waistband is pretty good, but it will ride down if you squat at all. Some tugging and hiking them up won't kill you, but I wouldn't repeat or do a whole lower body routine. The stretch and give throughout the glutes and quads is pretty great though. I don't have massive legs, but they feel adequate at moving with you during movements without ending up in a stretched out and saggy mess. They'd be secure for a whole workout or a night out at a bar. The mood enhancing alone is reason enough to get them. I just wish they were a bit shorter, and maybe even a size XS but they're true to size. No regrets.

Pretty sheer
Very tight but comfortable. It would be pretty daring to wear in public, but great for around the house.
