The ATS Metal Lathe Guard LG-TR3-18 is an OSHA-compliant, hinged safety shield designed for metal lathes with up to 12" chucks. Featuring a durable 6061 aluminum frame with a bright OSHA Safety Orange powder coat, it mounts easily without drilling using existing gearbox bolt holes. The 18" wide guard includes a self-holding hinged door with a clear 1/4" Lexan window for full visibility and hands-free access during setup. Made in the USA and backed by a 1-year warranty, it offers long-lasting protection and easy upgrades with available replacement panels and an optional interlock retrofit.
