Gentle and effective!
Great for treating my dog's skin infection. Quality product which goes a long way. Will definitely reorder. SEPT 14, 2016 UPDATE: I'm now into day 4 of applying this to my Springer Spaniel's chest and belly area where he had 8 hotspots. I hadn't noticed 5 of them, since they were hidden under his fur. By the time I saw them, they were all an ugly black scab about 3 inches in diameter. I began by wiping down his entire chest and belly area twice a day with Povidone-Idodine 10% and water to both soften the scabs and cleanse the irritated areas. When dry, I applied the ResQ Skin Treatment twice a day. At this point, I can see a marked improvement in his skin. The area just looks a little ugly because the iodine doesn't have to be rinsed, so there's an "orange" discoloration to his fur and some skin. Lots of loose scabs entangled in his fur which came off of his skin. Still have to deal with cleaning up that mess as I go along. Back to the cream, though. It's definitely doing its job. My dog doesn't like laying upside for me, but he's tolerating it because he has a sweet temperament. No itching, irritation or signs of discomfort with the cream. The price for the 4 oz. jar is dirt cheap compared to the $169 initial vet bill and antibiotic prescription which was ineffective. I realize all dogs and cats are different, just like us humans. In my case, the ResQ Skin Treatment has been very effective. Based on the improvement I'm seeing, I'd say my dog will be back to normal in about a week. I'm a happy camper and would most definitely recommend this product to anyone having a skin issue with their fur babies. One last comment. I DID NOT get paid NOR was I asked to give a positive review. Trust me, if this product had been ineffective I would have submitted a respectful, but critical review of this product. There are no guarantees in medicine and no product is going to be effective 100% of the time. This one happened to work for me and I'm very happy that it did. Thank you to the developers for your hard work and fine product which did work great for my dog.

I didn't put my dog down - this cream saved his life.
My little 9-year old rat terrier has suffered from skin allergies and red mange his entire life. Nothing I did and nothing the vet prescribed worked for very long and certainly no "immediate' results. For the past couple of months, I've been seriously thinking of putting him down. The itching, the scratching, the crying out was unbearable. I thought it was better to put him out of his misery than to live with horrid itching. I saw this skin treatment advertised and hesitated somewhat due to the price. Thought it was pretty expensive. But, I've spent so much more. It was the BEST $30.00 I've ever spent. I gave my dog a bath and put the cream all over him....he slept through the night. Next morning, I put the cream all over him and the redness on his tummy was gone. Got home from work, put the cream all over him....tummy still clear, redness, scabs and open sores on his back at the base of his tail were clearing up. No intense scratching (he'd wiggle under the base of the bed and just go back and forth for at least 20 minutes....all the time). He slept through the night. Next morning, I showed him the jar of cream and said "medicine time"....and he came right to me, and couldn't wait for me to put the cream on him. The hair on his back and tail area is starting to grow back because he is not rubbing it off with the constant scratching. Today is May 5 - I got the product on May 3. It is a miracle cream. I hope they don't raise the price due to its God-Sent ingredients. THANK YOU.

Great For Spots Not Covered With Fur
I do think it has helped my yorkie's allergies. He has always had bad skin allergies. We go to the vet and they give him an antibiotic for 14 days and that always clears it up. But I am sick of waiting for his skin allergies to get bad enough to need a prescription (and although my fur baby is worth it, the $100 price tag per visit just to go and get the same antibiotic about 4 times a year is annoying). I didn't want to keep medicating my dog, so I got this ResQ Organics Pet Skin Treatment 2oz - Effective For Hot Spots, Mange, Itchy Skin, Allergies, Dry Nose, Cracked Paws, Promotes Hair Growth. along with the DERMagic Skin Rescue Lotion, 4 fl.oz. . Both say to use 2x a day, so I put this MUCH thicker ResQ Organics cream on the few sore spots he has first (usually early afternoon) & then put the DERMagic Skin Rescue Lotion on his sores as well as his belly skin at night before bed. I do think this combination has helped prevent the few scabby spots my dog had from getting worse and spreading. I like this thicker ResQ Organics Pet Skin Treatment MUCH better than the DERMagic Skin Rescue Lotion (the DERMagic smells TERRIBLE), but the combination of both seems to be working for us for now. My only con to this salve is that it is VERY thick and hard to rub up into the skin of my yorkie on his spots that are surrounded by hair (example: arm pits). So if most of your dog's scabs/sores are in hair-covered or surrounded areas, this may be a difficult product to adequately coat the spot. However it works great on the scabs/spots that are more exposed (like on his belly which is mostly just skin and not much hair)

Make sure you wash your dogs before applying this product.
I should have washed my dog first. This product did not stop the itching, it made it worse. When I decided to bathe my lab, after applying this, the water coming off him was dirty, so all the lotion did was lock the sweat and dirt in. I don't think this is a bad product For me however, I believe there are better options to for my dogs for relief. There is a spray from PetCo called Well & Good that has tee tree oil and aloe among other things, that is great to spray on my dogs after a shower. I have found that to work better than anything for itching. Also, me and several dog owners are noticing that the topical flea treatments have not been working since last year. Before then, they always worked. This is contributing to the itching. I bit the bullet and purchased Bravecto which is a pill that dogs take to prevent fleas and heartworm. It lasts three months, and currently, it's the only thing that works on fleas anymore. I will never vaccinate my dogs or cats again. These vaccines are not healthy or safe for them. They are especially hard on pure bloods. I am beyond convinced that the rabies vaccine is the cause of all my poor labs skin disorders. The biting and itching are from the vaccines. We must stop feeding the enemy and STOP vaccinating our pets. Instead, I will feed mine a healthy diet with exercise, The only medicine they get is a bravecto which lasts three months, and is needed mostly during the warm weather. May god bless all of you suffering through, and may God Bless our beloved pets. What has been unleased on our families is criminal, and we must rise against it.

Thankful that my dogs skin is finally improving.
My English Springer mix has a thick double coat and despite our best brushing efforts she developes knots in her fur and is also has allergies which have resulted in the worst looking open areas on her skin. She develops a resh which oozes, matts the fur then her skin and fur come off. I took her to the vet several times. Painful skin scrapings and the results were some bacteria but not of consequence and the vet feels that they are probably from allergies. We use good topical flea/tick/mosquito repellent on her, steamed all the carpets with enzymes and washed all her bedding and blankets and rinsed them with vinegar to reduce allergens. She had minor improvement with oral and topical vet approved antibiotic ointment. The prescription shampoo helped the first two times then gave her a rash the fourth time we used it. Despite the low dose benadryl she takes she was miserable and still itching and apparent pain. She developed more lesions and the original ones were getting worse. I found this product on Amazon and based my decision on the photos and reviews submitted by customers. I began using this cream on her 4 days ago today and the results are dramatic. Most of her lesions are healed or almost healed. The swelling goes down pretty fast. I immediately use it on developing spots and the cream soothes her itchy skin as well. Jinger comes into the bathroom with me for her 'treatment.' After washing my hands I rinse off the old cream with homemade saline solution or just warm water. I tried gently using cotton makeup pads to apply the cream but it made her bleed and it wasted a lot. I decided to use my gloved finger to apply the cream directly on each lesion. I place some of the cream in a small dish and my husband helps keep her still and repositions her for access to the 'spots'. I gently rub it into the spots and apply a little around them as well. I only rub it on the large ones because they are so painful. I rub a thin layer of cream on her belly to prevent her rash from worsening and it helps with the itching as well. After we are done with her 'treatment' she lays down and falls asleep. Her skin is healing beautifully. She has over 15 spots and almost all of them are already healed. The new and very large spot we found on her tail yesterday looks much better already. We did cut and shave off the fur around each area so that the air can help them dry and so we can see them better. Since it works I ordered the 8 oz. jar.

Miracle in a jar!
I purchased this skin treatment for my German Shepherd who started to develop serious skin issues last winter. I took her to the vet right away who said it was a hot spot and insisted she needed antibiotics. I won't write a novel here but the short story is that her skin continued to get worse. We went to two other vets. We tried sprays, shampoos, gels, oral anti-itch medications. Nothing helped. On our 3rd visit to the last vet, it was suggested that due to the pain and constant open areas being portals of continued infection, perhaps euthanasia was the kindest option. I was heartbroken. At this point I have spent nearly $1000 at the vets and have had no improvement for my poor Libby. All of these areas of inflamed, scabby, flaking, draining skin were causing her terrible discomfort and she has not slept through the night for a long, long time. In a last ditch attempt to find something to help her, I searched Amazon and read many many many reviews and settled on the ResQ Organics. It was delivered last Wednesday and I immediately applied it to all of the affected areas - and I'm talking nearly 50% of her body surface. Seriously, within two hours I could tell her comfort level had improved greatly. By the morning I could see a definite improvement of her skin. I applied ResQ Organics twice a day for two full days, then cut down to once a day. I am amazed at the results! The crusted, scabby, flaky areas are smooth and supple now. For the most part, the scabs are gone and there is no more bleeding and drainage. I had to change sheets on her bed twice a day - now same sheet has been on for two days! I can apply the cream now without her twitching and wincing with discomfort. More importantly, she is able to sleep through the night and able to lay down in comfort for long periods of time and I actually have real hope that we can overcome this terrible skin issue. This ResQ cream has seriously done what $1000 worth of vet bills and potions has failed to do. I wish I had thought to take before pictures, but was in a hurry to get the cream on her .... and honestly, I really didn't think it would heal her skin up as much as it has nor do it so quickly. I will get a picture of her skin now and then in another week to add to this review. I was a little hesitant because of the price and I will admit I will have used up a 4 ounce jar in a little over a week - BUT the cost is much less than going to yet another vet who probably wont have a solution anyway. I will be purchasing more of this product and highly recommend it.

Miracle in a jar!
Wow! A miracle in a jar! My poor 8 year-old ragdoll has had pimply, scaly skin rashes that she would gnaw into raw bleeding flesh regularly. We changed her food (repeatedly), her environment, our cleaning products, we got an air purifier, even tried feeding her a raw diet (which she really liked, by the way!). The only option left was steroids, and we have seen how fast steroids can kill a cat, but we were about out of options. Nothing made any difference at all. So far the best we could do was to bathe her in a very warm oatmeal bath once a week and follow that with a gentle organic soap and a thorough rinse. She felt so good she would fall asleep in our arms while soaking in the water. That would give her blissful peace for about three days, then back to the flaking, scabbing, biting and gnawing. I found your stuff online and after her bath this weekend, I rubbed in a good amount while her fur was still damp, working it carefully to the skin to avoid wasting it on the fur. ONE APPLICATION! The rash is gone! I waited a few days to see if maybe my cat would just implode or something...it couldn't really be that easy, could it? Not after everything else we've tried? Well, she is at day 7 and there are a few pimply little scabs arising on her back again, but I went back tonight and dabbed each one individually with a second coat. So far, incredibly amazing! I would recommend this at 10x the price I paid. (But please don't do that, ResQ Organics!) We have our little darling back and she is so peaceful and playful again and her hair is filling back in quickly on the bald spots. I have never seen a pet product work like this!

Working great so far!!
My rescue dog has skin issues since he came home more than 2 years ago. I've tried almost anything - raw diet, rotation diet, freeze dried, all kinds of shampoos, degreaser you name it. Some seemed to help for a bit but right after I thought he got better he'd be back to his old self :( this cream has been good since day 1. It's only a few days in but I already noticed some obvious improvements that I haven't seen in awhile. It's more expensive than the other stuff but if it works I'll get it. Hopefully it wont be like the other ones that gave me false hope ๐ I so desperately want it to work!!!

Works amazing for almost anything, my dog has bad yeast inbetween the toes & licks them lots, after a single use he shows no signs of irritation.
