These are my favourite "flavour" of smoking chips. I smoked some pork after it was slow cooked, and also smoked the BBQ sauce I made from the pork drippings, spices, honey and ketchup. I did 3 rounds of smoking to really get the flavour in there and boy did it! It was absolutely brilliant and I'll be using these a lot!

Use this for Smokey Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve. The cost of this almost £5 gives so much, take me ages to go through it using it on my drinks.

Very delicate smoky flavour from using these chips in my hot smoker.
