Soooo comfortable!
I put off buying maternity underwear for as long as possible because I don't like spending money on myself even though my husband kept telling me to get some underwear to be more comfortable. I finally got these, and they are soooo amazing! I am 34 weeks pregnant and my old underwear has stretched to the max and is uncomfortable. For size reference, I am 5'7" and weighed about 190 at the beginning of pregnancy. I weighed 233 at my last appointment a week ago. I bought the 4XL. I love that these maternity ones fit over the stomach so that it doesn't put extra pressure under my stomach and on my bladder. They also have great coverage on the sides (covering my hips) and on the back (not giving me a crack attack every time I sit down or change positions). They are so, so soft and it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing underwear. I also love that they are cotton so that my panty liners (for discharge and occasional bladder malfunctions when I cough or sneeze) still stick to them. I am surprised how well they stretch for being cotton. One review mentioned that the crotch lining of the underwear does not line up with the anatomical crotch lining. This is true, but since I use panty liners anyways, that does not bother me.

Comfortable
Great and comfortable underwear. I really appreciate that they go over the belly and cover everything. They are way better than the underwear that go underneath the belly.

Not flawless, but the best I've found so far
For reference, I am 5' 8" with a pre-pregnancy weight of 155 and I currently weight about 175 at 25 weeks (5.5 months). I almost ALWAYS size down for underwear because I don't like the legholes to be too large so that they ride up or saggy material around my rear, but since becoming pregnant, I have NOT wanted to feel any squeezing sensation on my abdomen. So I decided to follow the size chart and order Large, and the waistband was a good fit, so I kept them, washed them, and started wearing them. Since they are cotton, the longer you have them on, the more stretched-out they get, so they did start riding up a little and getting a bit saggy. So I ordered them in Medium as well, and the waistband wasn't that much tighter and the bottom part fit better, so I kept those as well. I don't mind having two sizes because I can wear the Mediums now and Larges later in my pregnancy. These underwear aren't perfect, but they are definitely the best I've found! Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons: Pros: - They are comfortable (for the most part). - The material is soft. - The fit is pretty good and I love the over-the-bump style (I just can't handle where the waistband hits me on under-the-bump underwear...never did like bikini-style underwear even before getting pregnant). Cons: - The crotch lining does NOT line up with my anatomical crotch, so when there is discharge (as there inevitably is during pregnancy), half of it goes on the unlined part, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a lining. It's not necessarily irritating to my skin, just inconvenient. - The leg holes do ride up a little and the material gets saggy on the rear unless you size down. - The tags are horrendously scratchy and I had to cut them out. For some of the pairs, I had to cut out even the remnant of the tag after I had cut it, and then ended up having to sew up a hole I created...oops...but I do think the tag remnants get less poky after washing (I washed before cutting the tags the first time).

Comfort is key
I personally really like these. Most maternity undies you find nowadays are all under the belly, but due to my previous c-section scars, under the belly is not comfy for me. These however, are comfortable and breathable. They do run a bit small so I would size up, though.

Comfy but disappointing
Got these in a size xl. They are comfy and much better than the local stuff I could find material-wise. HOWEVER . . . I think I have had these for 2 maybe 3 months and most of them are falling apart. The stitching around the waist elastic is trash. They began unraveling the first week I had them and the elastic is falling out on 3 pairs. For the amount I spent on this, I expect better.

This is the best underwear I’ve worn through three pregnancies. They stay in place and it’s made of a very soft and cotton. It doesn’t dig in snd I’d nice and breathable. It fits very small though, as many reviews have mentioned. I am normally a large pant size, sometimes an xL. I ordered 3XL and in these underwear and in the last month of pregnancy I am wishing I was another size up yet. But whatever. They are still comfy enough with a decent amount of stretch so I am quite satisfied and would definitely recommend these over many other ridiculous styles that just fall off a pregnant bum. I also like that there are enough colour options that I can wear something that works under any clothes I have. **update** I am now postpartum by several months and am still wearing these. They are just so much more comfortable than regular underwear and they lie flatter than one would expect. I am just going to keep wearing them until I don’t fit them any more.
