Why our wigs cap size are suitable for most people to wear?

Our QUEENTAS Wig cap flexible designed to fits most head sizes, ideally 21 inch (±1inch), with an adjustable strap for larger or smaller heads. Suitable for over 90%, you can buy it with confidence.

Why the top of wig is a matted and frizzy？

QUEENTAS short blonde wig uses inverted hair technique, which makes it fuller/more voluminous/more breathable/lighter/ than regular wigs. Just use a comb or your fingers to adjust it, and it will naturally fall into place with a soft, textured look.

Why is there a controversy over the color of the product?

While we strive to minimize color differences between the product and the images, variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions (indoor/outdoor), and individual perceptions of color.

Why does the product I received look different from the picture?

Due to long-distance transportation, the product may be compressed and appear slightly different. However, simply shake it gently to restore its volume, then use a comb or your fingers to style it, and it will look perfect.

What should I do if the hair or bangs are too long or thick for my preference?

You can easily trim or style the hair to suit your needs. Our product is made from high-temperature synthetic fiber, you can styled it with low-heat tools like curling irons or straighteners (under 150°C/300℉)
