I bought this back in January and I like it. I think it's a great product. However, if you are using birth control, please look into potential interactions based on your birth control method. After experiencing a collection of symptoms related to my monthly cycle, I paid my doctor a visit. I've come to find out that Ashwagandha can raise testosterone levels in the body which in turn increases progesterone. As you can imagine, this had an impact on my cycle as I take the mini-pill. The good news is that this supplement actually does something for some people. Overall, this is a good product, just be aware of hormonal interactions with use of this extract.

relaxing

Have to say it arrived a day later than expected but you know it was worth it. I just tried it and to me the flavor was better than what I expected. I had for the last few months been using a cbd oil with ashwagandha and that had a very not so good taste, but I had gotten used to it. So needless to say I was a bit hesitant about the taste of this. I put it directly under my tongue had my water ready to wash it down but it really wasn't that bad. I'm wondering though what is the amount to take I only took less than half a dropper full of it. I'm feeling alot more calm. I'll keep on using it. Great product so far! Thank you!

The bottle says use 1 entire dropper full, 3x a day... but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the dropper to fill up. It fills about a quarter of the dropper maximum for me. Minor annoyance. I was excited this is tasteless. I'm a big water drinker. Have water with nearly all meals...but the taste is not tolerable for me as other reviews indicated. It tastes like I sprinkled dirt in my water. I added lemon to the water and that masks the flavor 100%. I'm still going to use it and will report back on the affects. I'm really hoping this will help with poor sleep and high anxiety. So I'll report back.
