Will thia work for my 99 s10 manual transmission?

I have used it in my 98 S10 with the nv1500 5 speed. Worked fine .

I will be replacing the Pensoil Syncromesh in my Jeep Wrangler with the NV3550. Will this be safe to use?

I don't have a Jeep, but the Royal Purple Synchromax fluid is specifically designed to replace all Synchromesh applications so as long as your Jeep's NV3550 calls for Synchromesh (which I think it does) then you should be fine. Synchromax would be a good upgrade.

I'm sure the trans in a sonic is Korean made and I use it in my Honda civic si and it made my shifts smooth and precise
