Bought 2, both hoses and attachments failed within 5 months
Bought 2 of these reels & hoses. Within 5 months both hoses started seeping oil through the sides, both ends of one hose and 1 end of the other hose blew off creating a huge mess and loss of oil. Max pressure that was ever applied was 60 psi. Spent over $2,000 in parts, oil, and labor costs to recover.

Great if it would be working a 100%.
It is heavy duty but very disappointed that the hose won’t retract all of the hose (last 3 feet). I can’t seem to find seller information so I can contact them.

Rough, loud, and overpriced
While retracting, my 125' 3/8 reel bangs and shakes once per revolution. I thought this would be an upgrade from my 9yr-old 100' Neiko reel, but it is very annoying to use. Should have bought a second Neiko and saved hundreds. Edit Mar 2024: This was actually *not* purchased by me. I don't know if my account got hacked to steal items or to post fraudulent reviews, but this is not a legitimate review. Buyer beware!
