good for my knee
I got this to help keep my knee from flaring up and preventing me from working. I have worn cushions inside my knee and this helps both with recovery after a particularly trying day (it takes days of recovery) and keeping down the inflammation.

Excellent Product- Better Than Standard Formula
My Nature Made TripleFlex, Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM caplets are working much better than the standard formula. With The vitamin D3 added, An improvement indeed. They come in A double pack, you take 2 A day, the price is competitive and and as an avid cyclist, they get my top buy recommendation!

These are the real deal
"Nature Made TripleFlex, Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM " The price is great and the time stamp on each bottle was 2 1/2 years in the future! The only difference between these and the original ( that I used for 20 years ) is that vitamin D was added. Note that for me this formulation does help my joints - they do not hurt as much and my knuckles are not as swollen.
