This ab roller is amazing! I’m 6’3, 218lbs and to my surprise, this roller is very sturdy! I’ve tried other ab rollers in the past, and they’re typically bulky and wobbly. The Garren Fitness ab wheel is very easily assembled. I actually take it with me when I travel, as it tucks away nicely (fully assembled) in my duffle bag. I have zero complaints about this product, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, the ab roller comes with a nice foam knee pad. I haven’t used it on a wooden or laminate floor yet, only carpet. And it rolls very nicely I must say! I was in no way compensated for my post, just a satisfied customer who feels a great product deserves an honest review.

End up hurting your shoulders

I'm an avid gym goer and work my abs almost every day with different exercises. I got this in the mail and put it together in about 10 seconds. This wheel hits the abs harder than any workout I've done. My abs are still sore 2 days later after using it for the first time assuming I'll get used to it after a few uses. It's very easy to do the wrong motion with other ab workouts which doesn't hit your abs as good as it should. This wheel has one motion, you can't screw it up and it focuses only on your abs. Quality product, excellent addition to the gym.

Love the wheel, works great. Only thing I dont like is the "knee pad" the cones with it is a joke. It's like a ¼" thick and only 12" ×5". It helps if you are on carpet but if you are using it on a hard floor you will need a better pad for your knees.

Functionally it works fine. It does the job. The handles are comfortable and the rolling action is smooth. However the plastic outgasses badly and the odor fills the room. I've been keeping it outside when I'm not using it, and I hope the odor will eventually dissipate. I've changed the rating to 5 stars, since the odor has dissipated after a few days of outside storage. I now use it every day.

Received on time. Good price. Easy to assemble good instructions. Comfortable foam padding on handles. Have been using for about a month now. I don't have really big hands so not an issue but due to smaller wheels those with real big hands might have their knuckles close to the floor. Operation is smooth. The double wheels provide good stability. The smaller wheels do make for a better fit in the gym bag too. I have used larger wheeled ab rollers in gyms and they work fine but so does this one. Also came with knee pad as a bonus.

Item arrived missing foam handle grips. No way of holding wheels in place.

This roller is lightweight and durable and doesn't take up much space to store. Service from Garren Fitness was excellent too! Highly recommend this for exercise at home in 2020

It's easy to assemble and provides the best ab workouts you can ever get - it's not some TV infomercial gimmick. It's a sturdy product and great for its price.
